Imagine what that would be like for you, me or anyone. It would have meant a lot more time at home instead of doing the things I love.

I would like to give a special shout out to my favorite person there, (the lactose intolerant) Allison Meyer. She originally helped me open my account and painlessly walked me through the process of responding to the fraud alert. Her knowledge, efficiency and friendliness means this old retirees visits are quick and pleasant. The banker I worked with could not help me at the time due to an upcoming scheduled appointment.I understood that, but was not given an appointment. I indicated I have open availability to schedule but rather than proceed to give me an appointment, my phone number was taken and I was told I would receive a call. I don't understand why an appointment could not be scheduled when I was there.I went home and created an appointment myself on the website.Most banks I have done business with are eager to help a customer create a new account.
