“I was looking for a tool chest that the last 3 Home Depots said they had but did not, the tool chest showed up in the system for Cold Springs but with a ton of looking with Nathaniel it was not found. Nathaniel went up and beyond calling other stores, unfortunately the other stores did not bother helping. Kudos to Nathaniel, I appreciate his help”

“I absolutely LOVE Woods Hardware. The staff there is always incredibly friendly and helpful. The have a very well-stocked hardware store AND a wonderful plant shop. I buy all of my gardening supplies and plants from them. The staff is always knowledgeable and happy to help you. “Amazing customer service! I started to buy my mower at Lowe’s, but went to Ace instead because the staff seems friendly whenever I’ve shopped there for smaller purchases. Ended up buying my Ego mower there, and found out the battery wasn’t able to handle my yard on a single charge. I emailed the local store and asked if I could exchange/upgrade to the newer model with a bigger battery. Tim, the owner, was super helpful and he and Bill the manager let me swap them out with no hassles and were super friendly along the way. If you’ve ever returned anything to Lowe’s or Home Depot, you’ll know a friendly return experience is something you don’t expect. Plan to shop at Ace more often.”

“Fantastic little hardware store with all the essentials you might need. Everyone has always been super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices are great as well. I went to Lowes to buy 12 gauge Romex wire and it was $59 for 25 feet, and you can only buy in pre-set lengths. At Northside Hardware you can buy by the foot, and the prices are far better, $1.05 for 12 gauge, or around $26 for 25 feet, a $33 saving over Lowes. We're very lucky to have such a great hardware store in the heart of Northside!”

“it's the best Home Depot in Cincinnati! the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I normally have my dog who is very well behavedwith me and even a few employees remember him by name. To me that's huge WOW! If something is not in stock the service desk is always very helpful. I have been going to this Home Depot for a long time. So long, I still remember when this was a 24hr a day Home Depot. I've maybe encountered less than 5 employees in all those years that just weren't a typical Home Depot employee. “My husband and my brother in law went to buy a piece of glass to fix my sisters window. We are amateurs and measured the window wrong lol. They had to go back three times before we finally got it right haha but the lady who helped was soooo nice and understanding!!! My husband explained to her that the glass was to fix and a window and he has never done it before, and she told him how to do it!! She made sure he got everything he needed, and he fixed it perfect!!! I just want to say thank you Meyer hardware!! And thank you soooo much nice lady!! Please give her a bonus or something because she is amazing and will keep customers coming back ❤You definitely have a new customer for life!!”
