“Where to start! My rental was a 2024 Equinox which is what I also own. When I needed my rental it happened to be a very busy week in the Lexington area for rental cars. The need for the rental was due to an accident and I live in the middle of nowhere (about 1 hour northeast of Lexington). Cockrells Body Shop was very helpful and directed me to BMC Rental. Even though BMC was 45 minutes from my house, they still picked me up so I could get my rental since my car was not drivable. The staff is friendly and the customer service was above and beyond. BMC worked with my insurance company and when my car was finally fixed, I dropped the rental at the body shop. I had no issues and appreciate how easy BMC made the entire process. Needles to say the other rental company never even called me back. Thank you BMC! I highly recommend their rental company.”

“The service was great and the people were friendly, the only issue I has was the car they put me in, it was clean and all only small. I drive a Cadillac and was given a Malabu, big difference especially when my insurance pays for a bigger car. But it was only for 2 days.”

“My Prius died and I needed a rental car for the weekend. It was a brutal hot day! We have been renting from Enterprise on Reading in Cincinnati for a few years! I wanted something small midsize! Liked the first car but it had cigarette smell inside so I chose the second one and that was electric and not enough charge on it! So we looked at the third car! Loved it and got it! It took us 25 minutes and the sales person was kind and patient! I recommend this Enterprise on Reading Road ??”

“I had RESERVED a rental car in TWO places near the Cincinnati airport, but both places called me to rescind the offer because they had no cars. I was able to rent one here on Glenway Avenue. The car was clean and C.J. was incredibly helpful. He was super busy while we there doing everything from renting the cars to helping with the detailing. His office phone was ringing off the hook. But he was very patient and kind with the people in front of him waiting for cars and the people on the phone. Excellent customer service!!!!!”
