Lincoln by far is the brand standard when it comes to customer service. He not only patiently waded through miscommunication waters for three hours, he was relentless in getting me resolved before leaving the premisises. This will be my metro store because of his due diligence from here on out!

Went here to get an unlimited plan and left with a new phone as well. Customer service was stellar. Lincoln was knowledgeable and more than helpful. Highly recommend this location.
