“The staff is always polite and helpful. They also have a selection that seems to have more to it, than the Western Hills (Cincinnati, Ohio) location.
The prices are a real bargain, especially the book section.”
“Huge store full of bargains at great prices. Very large selection of discount books was a surprise. Bought a small patio table and stocked up on cheap snacks. Plan to return frequently.”
“I like to buy my halloween candy here. Sometimes they have cases of really neat stuff that nobody else is passing out in our neighborhood. They also usually have lots of Star Wars stuff. I just wish that they had longer store hours.”
“This is the cleanest, most organized dollar tree I’ve ever been in. It was a pleasure to shop in this store and I easily found everything I needed. Kudos to the store manager!!”
“I’m usually not fond of going clothes shopping with the missus but this store I can relate to! They have a great selection of Carhartt, hunting apparel and workwear that I look forward to checking out . And the last time we were there she couldn’t get over how different and nice everything is now.”
“I've only been in Save a Lot in Savannah TN. And the Savannah store is a great. I am happy to know I can now shop in Cincinnati. Will make a visit this week.”
“The male clerk that works weekdays... It may be the manager is so very nice and helpful. Love the staff at this location! They ate so kind to my handicapped sister! Thank you!”
“Wow! What a nice well cleaned store. It has savings for many, many items and often name brand names for anyone on a budget. The savings just on simple things like birthday cards is well worth the stop. Larry was a pleasure and I look forward to my next visit. As Always, Enjoy!”
“honestly one of the nicest dollar trees i’ve found. they always have a wide selection of products that i haven’t seen at others (ie. Liquid Death?!)! the employees are kind.”
“This was my first time shopping here, but was able to get so many things for just starting out, and stay in my budget. The ladies who worked there were very helpful, and the cashier, Dalton was very friendly. Most of the things were priced on the package, but a number of things in the aisles were kind of piled together with next to no prices for them showing on the racks. Otherwise, the store was well stocked & open until 10.”
“I placed an order a few days in advance for a good variety of balloons and several weights for a birthday party. The staff was very helpful with making the selections and placing the order. They even called to confirm pickup on the day, and everything was ready and organized when I arrived. And you can't beat the price. Will definitely use them again.”
“The king of the economy and prices and items at a price where there are only those and you can get what you least believe, surprise, congratulations, excellent service”

“Had lots of neat stuff for my 11 year old. Prices were pretty good overall. Although, I do wish they had a price checker so we would have been able to see how much some things were before checking out. Employees were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pretty good shopping experience for our family.”
“Me and some other people went to the store. Staff was really nice even though we were laughing and talking it was almost closing even she was nice then wasn’t rude or rushing us.”
“I shop here a lot mostly out of convenience, as it's only a few miles from my house. A while back I had almost stopped shopping here all together due to the lack of stock and lazy rude workers. More recently the store has gotten better it's cleaner and well stocked. One employee that I have recently interacted with is so helpful, polite and respectful. I think his name is Greg. I don't know that the turn around is all due to him but it definitely seems that way. I just wanted to say Kudos and your hard work has not gone unnoticed.”
“I was at the North College Hill store, it was nice. I purchased a nice Sunday hat for church. I was looking for a picture for my house, bedroom and living room. Couldn't find anything so now tomorrow, March 24th 2025 I'm going to go to the Bone Hill store on Seymour. Thank you!”
“I go out of my way to shop at this location! The store is always stocked and organized. The employees go above and beyond to be helpful and super friendly! Much appreciated”
“They never disappoint, love this store, the skincare specifically is my guilty pleasure at the dollar tree lol but it's always well stocked & I I've been very impressed by the selection of makeup & skincare & self care.”
“I sure love shopping dollar general i see y'all at winston avenue are open hope so says shut on signs due to fire.if y'all are open PLEASE REMOVE THE SIGNS.Thank you I LOVE COMING SHOPPING.”
“Overall, this is a perfectly fine Family Dollar. It serves its purpose as a dollar store perfectly. But what I think is great about here is the people. The other day I had to buy a lot of helium balloons to celebrate my sister and her amazing volleyball team. And the clerks in the store were so kind and ego to help and extraordinarily patient with me. So I give this place full marks for those staff members.”
“Very clean place very organized. It was well lit up with lights. Had lots of variety of stuff that I haven’t seen any other Dollar General’s. The sales clerk was a very nice gentleman.”
“Doesnt have the selection like it used to but the cashiers are very kind and helpful and good prices!!Broke my heart today to see a young cashier crygetting yelled at by a rude customer ?? sometimes rowdy but not the worker faults just the crazy neighborhood..Be safe..customers and workers ❤️”
“Products good have a bit of everything, they follow you around sometimes ,didn't like that & the guy asst manager is a n*** acts more powerful then he is.. I recommend it besides that.”
“I like this family dollar because it's big and has a lot of options. You just have to watch the prices. I bought curtain rods and the sign said $6.75 but he rang it up as $7.70. I told him the difference and he changed it. Very nice about the situation.”
“It has a lot of new items. As of April 13th 2026. In this particular Dollar Tree in Eastgate Ohio has new management and he is wonderful I believe his name is Jeff. He answered every question I had which I always have a lot. And then something really crazy happened my friend that is really sick but has been getting better went on a outing so he could get out of the Nursing Home he's been in for the past 6 months. And he's about ready to get out May 1st. And I'm going to be as caregiver. That's besides the point. Hey lady ran her car into him and he fell backwards because he was in his I don't know what it's called it's something like a walker. But he fell backwards hard. And I knew he broke something I just knew it. The management Jeff to great care of him and I. Jeff is very polite very personable and very professional. I don't know how he got there so fast on the scene of the accident. He was insistent on Todd writing an incident report. Todd did not want to write one at first. But I told him that he really needed to to cover him if he needs medical expenses paid and cover the store in case he was really badly injured. Well I took him back to the nursing home and he didn't want me to tell them but he could not get his self in the bed and I cannot lift him in the bed. I'm his best friend and I feel like I wasn't telling on him I was doing the right thing for him. They did x-rays on the spot and he broke his arm and I'm so glad it wasn't his hip. Because he has broke that also in the past. And we went to the Kevin Gates concert when he did that LOL. Even though a very bad thing happened while we were there I cannot complain about the stores for the staff whatsoever. The store was clean put together in the management was on point is the first time in a long time that I've been in that store and they've had good management. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone that loves Dollar Trees and that is looking to do crafts or plant plants we're by planners for your plants or planners for your journals I don't know they have everything. They even have pizza pans for $1.50. And I bought the same Pizza Pan at Kroger's for 14.99. And they have beautiful glass pieces I was going to buy off to me for $8 and I got it for $1.25 at this Dollar Tree so definitely recommend. If you haven't been there you should go. Thank you for reading this if you're still reading”
“Very reliable place for arts and crafts!
High variety of paints, wood, and yarn. I also recommend this place for any trinkets or novelty items. Lots of stock, too. The place was hardly busy, they actually keep up, its very impressive! Come sometime!”
“I hadn't been in the family Dollar for a while and since I've been here lately it's the cleanest best family Dollar I would go to so I didn't eliminate other stores because of the friendliness in the cleanliness and the stock well in order kudos”

“Love this store. I got most of the items on my list. They didn't have some but they had things I didn't know I needed. Great, friendly staff at checkout.”
