“They will cut your meat to your preferences. Had probably the best steak I’ve ever had from here. Beer cheese that they make is so good. Hubby gets their goeta. It’s mild, so he adds a few spices to meet his tastes.”
“The store has a little bit of everything, fresh veg, local jams, the best damn pineapple we’ve had + fresh baked loaves of bread. On top of that, locally owned by restauranteurs who are the nicest people you’ll ever meet.”

I will start volunteering next week, and I can't wait. This will not be my first time volunteering for the Free Store Food Bank, and I always returns.”
“Best small grocery on the westside on Bridgetown near Ebenezer. Nice variety of Virginia Bakery goods, produce and deli. Great beer and wine selections. Staff is friendly and helpful if you can't find something.”
“Wow. Been here several times for lunch and they never disappoint. You cannot beat the felafel wrap/bowl - get it with the baba ganoush, vegan garlic aioli and hot chili garlic sauce and even if you love meat this is the most satisfying, balanced, flavorful meal you can find.
So far we’ve enjoyed: tabouli, grape leaves, couscous salad, olive tapenade (these are all ready to pick up), all of their sauces, baklava, date shakes and mango lassi (non-dairy available), za’atar fries, Turkish pizza, chicken bowl, kefta wrap… just delicious.
Staff is friendly and helpful too. I could fill an extra bag with goodies and spices that are hard to find where we live in Florida.
Not much of a reviewer, but I had to leave this one. Findlay Market is full of deliciousness, but Dean’s still tops our list. Wish I could take them with us.”
“Aldi’s is great! The pricing, quality, environment, and overall ease in shopping is what makes it my first choice for groceries. The five stars are for Michelle! She is incredible. I see her almost every time I shop, and she always makes me smile. Today I had trouble with the self-checkout (i had already scanned everything before checking if it was card-only - it was) and Michelle took care of everything for me. She helped me move all of my already scanned items over, and made me feel better about the situation. She is very patient and kind with her customers, and continues to impress me with her customer service. Michelle deserves a raise!”

“It's a convenience store at the end of a street that sells amazing soft-serve ice cream. I try to stop by whenever I am in the Covington/Newport/Bellevue area. The soft serve is such a great deal. They give you a huge portion for less than $4. The flavors are unique and change weekly. If you follow them on social media, they post what new flavors they have. Today's was vanilla and butter pecan mix. They also have beer on tap, a large variety of craft beer, and other typical convenience store items. The staff there are super friendly as well. Will definitely stop by again when I am in the area!”
“GFS has items not available in your local grocery stores. Restaurant quality food. Excellent deli and fresh meat selections. Frozen food variety is great. Produce selection is limited but what is offered is fresh.”

“Locally owned with a wide selection of food that mostly comes from the Ohio and Kentucky area. The staff is always incredibly polite and ready to answer any questions you may have. The hot soup and sandwiches on selection are always a treat. While not strictly vegetarian there are plenty of options for those of us that abstain from meat. Be sure to try the frozen pizza, they will quickly become an addiction.”

“This store is fully stocked, great prices, quality products and very clean. All the personnel were very nice! The only complaint that i had was that there is not any motorized carts. My husband had to push me in my wheelchair, while i pushed the cart. We made it through the store but it was not easy.”
“I shop here as a staple in my regular grocery runs. Make sure you bring a quarter for your cart, and as many reusable bags as you need. They only have one cashier most of the time, but plenty of self-checkouts for card payment.
Seller of easily the best gluten free presliced bread in the NKY area. Walmart very close for anything on your list aldi doesnt have. Highly recommend.”
“Large store, variety of items, even cat food and dog food. Spacious aisles, refrigerated cold drinks, alcohol and thca as well as other smokeables, vapes, cigarettes etc. Friendly, pleasant staff. Easily the best corner store I've been to. Close enough to walk to which is a huge plus. Now I know why I have seen so many people go in/out of there when I am on the bus. There's a stop right outside for the 64. I got their Alien Exotics Prerolls 2-pack and it's ??? it was $14, which was about exactly what I was looking for, I was very impressed.”

“Been coming to this store my whole life. My Grandparents, my dad, myself and now my kids and their spouses. Of course we come for the candy but often stop in for a Coke, a sandwich and talk with the Peluso family. Love this place. Great selection of older style lunch meats.
Best hard salami around, Dutch loaf, Leona and cheeses. Great prices.”

“This is great little Asian grocery store. Knowledgable staff and really good prices. Thai basil, lemongrass, Asian eggplant, and even Asian bananas in the very back if you want to know what a real banana should taste like. Don't worry..they are supposed to look a little brown but they are delicious.”

“Good trader Joe's ?? they kicked me and my dog out of the store without even the smallest apology (he's a purse pup, wasn't even on the floor and couldn't be even if he wanted to), which I understand because like... Health codes, so maybe don't bring in a dog, no matter how tiny. But otherwise, everyone is always really nice. Happy to have a TJs so close to home.”
