Candles, spices, soup mixes, soaps, and beautiful baskets which I purchased one for my laundry basket I had been eyeing for years! I am passionate about fair trade in all areas of my shopping. “This kind of store should be in every neighborhood! Take in your jar/container and fill it up with home and personal care products, eliminating the need for wasteful packaging. Gabby (the owner) is super helpful and friendly and has curated a great selection of quality/safe ingredient products. Thank you for giving us an outlet to shop with our values in mind!”

“My go to shop for unique gifts and one of a kind items. They offer old, new, repurposed and hand made. Everything is very reasonably priced and the staff is super helpful. If you're looking for jewelry, home accessories or vintage furniture- this is the place. You're Welcome;-)”
“Full Disclosure: the owner is my neighbor, but that doesn't prevent me from being honest.Great place for cute stuff. In the past, I purchased a KitchenAid stand mixer that is still going strong after several years, and today's find was a Vintage Favorite Piqua Ware Scotch Bowl. I'll use it as a Dutch Oven for cooking and baking bread. It's a great cast iron piece that new on Am-z-n would cost me almost 2x more. I'd much rather support a local owned business that helps our community.”

325 Ludlow Ave, Cincinnati“I went here after a terrible experience at another metaphysical store where I was patronized and my daughter completely dismissed. This place renewed my faith in good people. I wish I knew the name of the young lady working that day because she was so genuinely kind and patient with my daughter showing her how to use things and trusting her to touch whatever she wanted. I bought things I didn't even need just because of how great she was. There is much to be said for good sales people and genuine people.”
“Lucca is the place to go for unique items for your home or for the perfect gift. Their laser-engraved pieces, everywhere from boards to journals to keychains, are so special. It's a bonus that the small team is incredibly friendly and is always down to help explain the process, take on custom projects, and assist in curating the perfect present for someone. Can't get enough of this small business!”
“We had my daughter's birthday party at AR Workshop in Hyde Park and had a wonderful time! Everything is always clean and organized and the vibe is perfect. The owner, Anna, is super knowledgeable and passionate about her craft, and all of her employees are always super helpful and not intrusive in any way.Now that they are starting to carry mens clothing, I actually have a place to shop at in Cincinnati and don’t have to buy everything at once when I go to other major cities.Amazing place, highly recommended.”
“My son had made a table in shop class 25 years ago and for Christmas I wanted to restore it for him. He is the biggest Ohio State fan and I approached Grainwell with the idea of burning the Ohio State emblem on top of the table. They exceeded my expectations. It was the perfect gift for my 40 year old son. He was thrilled with it.”
“Enjoyed working with Jenny and Emily to design our living room. We appreciated that they listened to us and gently provided their opinions. We also liked that we were not under pressure to buy immediately. The custom design feature was a big selling point for me, for even considering La-Z-Boy. Looking forward to getting our furniture in the new year!”

4874 Houston Rd, Florence“Gabe's has items that are different from all the other department stores. The prices are reasonable. This was the first year I did Christmas shopping for toys there. The selection was phenomenal. I couldn't decide. Abundant with unique choices for girls and boys. I scored the coolest robots for my Grandson. There was many to choose from so I bought 4! Gabes doesn't come to mind when I think toys. I left with my cart filled with all the gifts on their lists. And still had plenty of cash in hand to get myself some pleasure items. Gabe's is on my way home....so stopping their often.”

“Quaint, unique, pricey, but have good sales..geared toward petites and willowy women.. not very much for the curvy, voluptuous goddess types ..boho, feminine styles...an array of jewelry and gifts...friendly sweet personel..”
