“Ashley was amazing with helping my girlfriend and I find a new couch. She thoroughly explained the financing options and then assisted us with making the best decision for our family. One of the best experiences I have had when buying something.”

“As far as inventory and prices go, the place is wonderful! Even without the sales their regular prices on most things are cheaper than even Walmart for the same items. The only issue I had all 3 of my last visits was the lines! They had more than a dozen employees standing around but only had 2 registers open with lines halfway through the store! Everyone was complaining but they still didn't open the other lines. Other than that, I love the place!”

“My family and I walked into this store and had a great shopping experience 'til we bought more than what we actually went there for, although we wanted them, but would have delayed purchasing . Thanks to Tyler. His customer service was top notch 👍. He made shopping there so easy especially while we were trying to make decisions. I had to name him 'Tremendous Tyler' (T&T) Bargain buyouts, great bargains as well👍. I shall recommend.”

“Love this place! Friendly atmosphere, great experience. The owner helped me pick out the perfect signature scent for my home. We have been in several times. I've bought gifts, jewelry, t-shirts, and home decor items. Bought the sweetest muslin blanket for my new nephew!! Looking forward to shopping there for Christmas! After two years of buying everything online, it's nice to be back to supporting local people!”

“Huge shoutout to Shawn at Cincinnati Overstock in Florence, KY! We went in looking at sectionals and had one configuration picked out, but Shawn took the time to help us play around with different layout options to better fit our living room. He ended up helping us order the exact setup we wanted AND somehow saved us over $500 in the process 🙌🏼 He was super easy to work with, not pushy at all, and actually listened to what we wanted instead of trying to upsell us. You can tell he knows his stuff and genuinely wants people to leave happy with what they’re buying. Buying furniture can be stressful, especially with modular sectionals, but he made the whole process really easy. If you go to Cincinnati Overstock, definitely ask for Shawn!”

“Picked out carpet at Lowe’s. I believe a third party took over the project. We are not pleased. The seam is in the worst possible place and is very prominent. The men who actually put the carpet down tried every way possible to place the seam in a better place but couldn’t be done. My complaint is with those who cut the carpet. Our next project is new flooring in the entire lower level but Lowe’s will certainly not get the job.”
