“Took my son’s mountain bike in for a small repair Saturday morning . The staff worked on the bike while I was there and made some adjustments to the cables. 10 minutes later bike was fixed and they told me no charge. Wonderful people. Happy 10 year old with a fixed bike. Thanks!”

“I visited this wonderful little establishment today. I have alot of issues with my feet and picking out the right shoes for comfort especially for work. I went in and was immediately approached by a young woman who was eager to help and very knowledgeable. I told her what I was looking for and she brought me out 3 different pairs of shoes to try on, I picked the pair that best suited my needs and was in and out within 20 minutes. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service, they didn't have the color in store but was able to order exactly what I wanted and was as easy as I could have ever asked for. “I had a large distance gap in my bag that needed to be filled so I scheduled a fitting to take advantage of The Masters sale. As a heavily tattooed person I often struggle with being taken seriously as a golfer at courses and shops. Ian was incredibly knowledgeable and immediately made me feel comfortable. Because of his knowledge, we tried a few different options and ended up going a route that I wasn’t expecting. I am very happy with the service Ian provided and will be requesting to work with him again in the future for both my wife and I.
I had a gap between my 3 wood (~250yd average) and my 4 iron (~210 average) I was expecting to go with either a 3 iron or a hybrid/rescue. We ended up going with a 7 wood set to a stronger loft. I ended up with 235 average distance with a better ball flight. Ian showed exceptional expertise and helped me come up with the best solution. I really do appreciate the service he provided and will absolutely be back.”

“It was great going back to the bookstore and getting some swag. I graduated in 1990 and promptly left Cincinnati. Just moved back after 30 years away. It was amazing being back on campus. The bookstore is very large, clean and lots of stuff. Purchase a new hat, car decal and some stickers.”

So he tried to have it shipped to the Crestview store .There was an IT problem. The Kansas City IT network was closed. Will try to reorder the again when he comes back to work. Excellent service.
