“I find this store very convenient...i have never not been able to find what I need ...when I needed it..like some dollar stores shelves are. Empty when I need things.”
“We visited Pleasant Valley Bulk Foods in June of 2025. Not only do they have a variety of groceries but they also have premade items that you can take home for your family.
While we were there we took advantage of the sandwich shop located inside the store. The young ladies made some of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. All on the homemade bread that you can purchase at the store.
My family and I will definitely be back.”
“Just updating from 3 years ago.Dollar General Store here in FredoniaIs convenient, friendly, well stocked and check out is fairly speedy unless there's a lot of people, all in all I would rate this Dollar General as one of the best in Western Kentucky. It has been since it opened, Clayton a good friend works there for the second time since it opened. My cousin Matt also works there. It's in good hands. I'm not just saying it because I know the employees. There's photos are from Sept 5th.”
“I'm about 4 hours from home working. Being out of town already is frustrating before adding in the expense of survival. This Dollar General is about as good as any one anywhere could be. They carry a wide variety of microwavable meals and sandwiches that are an extreme money saving tool for me. Not to mention great service and employee attitudes. “stopped in to get some distilled water for my CPAP machine…saw the shelf was empty, but Aiden, an excellent employee, said he would go in the back to check if they had some more…he brought me their very last gallon…and then he helped me find the drink powder mixes for bottle water…even gave me his recommendations and yes, they were on sale…Aiden is, and will be, an asset to his work in the future…just wanted to say thanks, Aiden…”
