“Took my son’s mountain bike in for a small repair Saturday morning . The staff worked on the bike while I was there and made some adjustments to the cables. 10 minutes later bike was fixed and they told me no charge. Wonderful people. Happy 10 year old with a fixed bike. Thanks!”

When I got to Fleet Feet, I quickly realized the staff was more than happy to dedicate some time to helping me find the best option for me. I have never been more happy to find something so simple as a shoe! I got an arch support insole and a pair of Hokas that were just what I needed.”

“Awesome place to visit. My kids and I were in town for the weekend and we decided to stop by here. I was a big fan of Boomer Esiason and Icky Woods, even as a Colts fan, when I was a kid.
Manager of the facility was pretty awesome as he and I shot the breeze about football for sometime while my kids picked out a souvenir.

“Store was great. I have been to the one in Cincinnati and the one at Florence Mall. But the only complaint was when I got home I had 3 t shirt 1 xl and 2 XXL the but one shirt was darker and and a long sleeve I wanted all to be short sleeves and I said to myself why would a long sleeve be folded with a short sleeve t shirt ? Long story short is the long sleeve was $34.99 and they run up 2 long sleeve shirt and which all supposed been short sleeves because I didn't unfold the t shirt they had a long sleeve with the short sleeves and my husband pay for it because he thought all of them was short sleeve but the 2 short sleeve shirt ? was $27.99 for xl and 2xl but the people run up 34.99 for 2xl twice instead separate. This was June 22 about 11:30”

“Eric has been very helpful and catered to my need very well. I had a lot of club heads break over the course of about a year and he was the first one to recognize that I need a heavier shaft put on them to fully resolve this issue rather than to continue to just fix it. Luckily they are still under warranty and I haven’t had to spend a dime, but Eric was thinking long term for when the warranty runs out. I appreciate him suggesting this and getting this done for me under the warranty. Had he not suggested this I wouldn’t have even known that was possible. Great customer service on his part and as a whole, the stores customer service is very good. Will definitely use them for when I need to get fitted for my next driver.”

“If you are into athletics and I highly recommend Road ID they have ID for all your needs. I have one for my Garmin and I plan on ordering more. I like them for the security they provide if I fall or get hurt or injured 1st responders know what to do and who to contact. they also make them for pets.”

“It was great going back to the bookstore and getting some swag. I graduated in 1990 and promptly left Cincinnati. Just moved back after 30 years away. It was amazing being back on campus. The bookstore is very large, clean and lots of stuff. Purchase a new hat, car decal and some stickers.”
“I was looking for the 2025 Rawlings icon because the app said there was 3 in stock and I needed a new bat, couldn’t find it where the bats were and asked a employee, he was very helpful and was on the job immediately,he listened to everything I saw on the app and asked a guy too come down and he gave me the bat he made sure I got after I saw him again. 100/10 service!”
