“Today we stopped in Elkton, Ky, for lunch.
Afterwards, I went to start the truck, and it was clear that the battery was dead, with no prior indications. Luckily, I had a battery charger in the truck and was able to start it right away. However, I still had a weak battery.
About a mile away, there was the O'Reilly, and I went in and spoke to Christopher. Christopher greeted me and when I told him he offered to check the status of my battery for me. Not only did he check my battery, but my starter and alternator. Two were good, but the battery showed low with limited life left.
Christopher sold me a new battery and promptly installed same, and I was back on the road in no time.

They took me back to see what they had, let me choose the one I waited, and then I waited while they removed it for me. The wait was less than 20 minutes, and the part was a perfect fit.
