“I've been with Stock Yards Bank most of my life. First in Louisville and now in Cincinnati. They combine modern techniques with old fashioned customer service. Their branches are small, and their employees take the time to get to know their customers. I don't go in terribly often but the staff always knows who I am and has a welcoming smile on their face. Even better, they waive ATM fees! Whenever I've dealt with loans or other issues, their management has always been top-notch in making sure that every detail is taken care of. They don't try to upsell me on their other products, either. Very customer focused!”

Absolutely the most amazing banking experience!! I can’t praise the staff at this bank enough, they are professional, knowledgeable and above that caring!! My husband and I have an account with them and recently my aunt who is a senior moved into the area and opened an account with them as well. My aunt still likes to be independent which is not always easy for her and the team at this bank has gone above and beyond to help her maintain her independence in banking with them. I’m truly grateful that they take the time to make you feel like a person and not just a customer especially with my aunt!! I had another issue pop up recently that required an emergent resolution and GE Credit Union in Florence/Union stepped up in a big way. Stephanie Gollar and the Manager Michelle were super caring and helpful and put my mind at ease. With help from Nathan in the Fraud department, Stephanie, Michele and I were able to stop the problem and put measures into place to keep future problems from arising. Top notch service! Stephanie and Michele even stayed past closing time to help me. Seriously great service.”

“I absolutely love Huntington Bank! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I like the 24 hour grace on accidently going into a negative balance, plus they make every effort to let you know so you don't have to pay an overdraft charge. I have been a customer for 6 years and have never had an issue. I can't day the same for US Bank. I had been a customer for over 20 years and had quite a few issues with them.I guess my only problem with them is that since i moved, I no longer have a location nearby. It would be great if they put one in Campbell County.. A great location would be around Newport Pavillion or The Newport Shopping Center, because they have that new Newport Gaming spot. The places I mentioned are very high traffic areas. Huntington, please consider it. ♡”
