My husband and I have an account with them and recently my aunt who is a senior moved into the area and opened an account with them as well. “I've been with Stock Yards Bank most of my life. First in Louisville and now in Cincinnati. They combine modern techniques with old fashioned customer service. Their branches are small, and their employees take the time to get to know their customers. I don't go in terribly often but the staff always knows who I am and has a welcoming smile on their face. Even better, they waive ATM fees! Whenever I've dealt with loans or other issues, their management has always been top-notch in making sure that every detail is taken care of. They don't try to upsell me on their other products, either. Very customer focused!”
