They took my car to their shop called me the next morning and let me know the issue with my car and kept me updated on the whole process the entire time, I had no worries. “We got off our flight at CVG (delayed 3 times) and our car would not start. After having the airport police jump us twice we managed to make it to Glenway auto center to have them take a look at it. It was the closest place and we live 1.5 hours away. They could have not been more nice. I think they could tell how stressed out my husband and I were, with 2 kids in the freezing dead of winter.
