“This company lead by Asia and her team were by far the most exceptional movers we have had. We are a military family and often feel frustrated by the way movers handle our personal items. This company and team treated our items like their own. They cautiously packed each item with extra measures to consider how corners could be damaged etc. Other movers we have had moved so quickly we felt disoriented. This company/team packed slowly enough for us to feel like we knew what was happening but fast enough to be efficient and timely. Our inventory was impressively accurate, even taking time to resolve a numbering question on a box. They were attentive to our questions and addressed all things as they arrived.
If I could hire this team for every move I have in the future I’d do it in a heartbeat. They were exceptional - far above any movers I’ve had for 5 other military moves.”

“Such great customer service! Tri City helped us move seamlessly from an apartment to a new house. The packers did an excellent job with all of our things. They unloaded everything exactly where we wanted it at our new house. They even set up all the bed frames! I highly recommend Tri City for your moving needs. “We had a Lifetime playset delivered to the house this last Thursday. Knowing it was coming, and that we were on a small, dead-end street, my wife called a few days early to make sure they knew the situation. They had a teleconference with their driver to determine the best method of delivery, and set a window for their first availability. That driver managed to get a 28' truck down a narrow, dead-end street and backed it perfectly to the side of the curb right next to our driveway. Then, because of the size of the pallet, proceeded to unpack all 8 boxes (800lbs total) from the pallet to lower them individually and RE-pack all 8 boxes onto the pallet once they were on ground level. At this point, honestly, I was expecting him to dump the pallet at the base of our driveway and drive off like other freight drivers have done in the past. Instead, that man used a pallet jack to pull 800lbs of playset up my inclined, 1/8 mile long driveway (at least until my wife and I realized and ran down to help). It's been a while since I've seen a freight driver show this much professionalism and courtesy.”

We had an office move that ran into some delays and the crew responded affirmatively to each and every one. Problem? "We'll take care of it!" They did that and more. Professional and personable were all qualities exhibited in our move. HIGHLY Recommended!!
