“We have been taking all of our animals here for a few years. All of the staff and both of the vets have done an excellent job in making us feel welcome, answering all of our questions, and addressing our concerns. Our oldest golden retriever is in the best health he’s ever been in thanks to Dr. O Grady and Dr. Townsend. Recently, we had to put one of our animals down, and Dr. O Grady was a saint in the process. She handled it in such a way that we knew it was the right decision and she was very comforting and supportive. The staff even sent us a condolences card that we appreciated so much. We won’t go to any other clinic in the area we love them so much and can’t recommend this clinic enough for any and all needs!”

“I had to euthanize my dog this past Monday, and I had a friend refer Elk Creek. The service took place underneath a tree out back and couldn’t ask for better weather. Dr. King and his staff member talked me through the entire process, as well as giving me time to grieve beforehand and after it was over. I could definitely see myself returning for future service. Last, I want to note that they were booked with appointments that day, however, took the time to work me in so my daughter could go after school. Thank you Elk Creek for providing such great service for my sweet boy.”
“I felt that my pups were in good hands with the friendly staff at Livewell Animal Hospital and Dr. Thompson.This was the 1st vet who swabbed my pup to see what bacteria, etc was growing on her skin. The doc took his time (I didn't feel like he was rushing through things, as most do, in my experience.) explaining the course of action and why. He also seemed to have more knowledge about dog foods and diet (most doctors are not) than any other vet I have been to previously. Infact, he has been the only vet that has spoken to me about our pups diet. I'm very grateful, being new in town, that my search for a new vet led me to Dr. Thompson and Livewell Animal Hospital.”

Dr. Lanza is the best vet we’ve ever had, she is the best in her field and actually isn’t afraid to handle the birds. The service is affordable and fast and thorough.
Dr. Lanza will teach you how to provide the best care for your babies at home, you are going home with a care plan. If you have any questions or concerns between visits she will promptly interact with you and address your concerns…she is always available when you need her. I could go on but I’ll leave it here. “Animal Doctors has a top-notch doctor and top notch staff. Every time I go in they love my kids. They are very thorough, professional, and reasonable with their cost. I have been taken my kids there for several years now and I have never had a bad experience. My babies go in for shots, check ups, and surgeries the whole 9 yards and Animal Doctors always outshines every other vet. I have three Pitbulls and nobody is afraid to handle them or love on them.”

“Where to even start - we are so grateful to the team at Hopewell. Look no further than this team for kind, compassionate and high quality care. We had a cat experiencing an emergency urinary blockage and the team at Hopewell quickly got our transfer process from another clinic and got our boy into surgery within hours. But most of all their team were so kind and patient with us - two scared CatParents trying to sign up for CareCredit cards and navigate an emergency. They kept us updated at every step, their doctors explained what was going on with the best assurances and when his recovery was taking longer than expected, they let us come see him for a couple hours. They accommodated us beyond measure, and again I cannot speak more highly of how lovely the team was. They saved our cat's life and then went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and that his follow up care prevented this from happening again - we'll never go anywhere else! “I have been going to this vet for a couple years now. I genuinely love the people that work here and have had the best experience! I won't deny, there was a time when I first started going that I got hassled for an overweight cat (but realistically, after taking a step back, I understand this is coming from a place of care & I wouldn't want my cat to have irreversible health issues because I wasn't well informed). BUT, I always feel listened to and feel like these people truly care about my pets as much as I do. They can be kind of expensive (most vets are tho) but I feel like it's worth the price because they go the extra mile. For example, I took one of my fur babies the other day for suspicious behavior and they've called me two days in a row to check on her. Love this place and their staff! “I moved from Florida to Kentucky and had to find a new Vet. I was nervous to start over with a new place having had a good report with my last Vet. Springhurst was recommended to me by a local animal shelter. I spoke to Deb, a first class receptionist, and she was friendly, listened and very helpful. She set my mind at ease that my fur babies would be greatly cared for. I have had great experiences so far with Springhurst and would recommend them.”
“I've been pleased with Pewee Valley Vet Center, they have been great with both of my dogs and seem to really care about my questions.
Only thing I dislike, is that I don't get to see the dr when they are checking out my dog on our annual physical and shots and that's the only thing that I don't like.
However, with the many questions and concerns I had on my last annual, the dr did come talk to me and answered all my questions and concerns about my dogs!!
I would definitely recommend them for your pet!!”
