“Came into the store to upgrade a couple phones I tried to upgrade online. Online was giving me fits and luckily I was greeted by Amy who was able to take on this mess. I would recommend not going online and going into the store so a professional can handle things and get it straight on the first try. I left with two phones and out of the mess I started the day with. Highly recommend going to see Amy in Ashland with your phone needs.”

The wonderful lady at the counter was so kind and patient with me while we navigated getting everything set up on the new phone. I was on my work break and she was kind enough to finish the download and bring both phones to my job on her own personal time. She went above and beyond for me and I can’t thank her enough!

“Five stars aren't enough for Call-Tech Express! My son's Switch OLED was down for the count, seemingly from water damage. They offered to diagnose it for their service fee and made a fantastic promise: if the repair wasn't possible, that fee would go towards a new Switch OLED. They quickly confirmed it was water damaged, and we immediately purchased the new OLED from them. The speed and flexibility of their service transformed a potentially ruined day for my son. This is the place for professional work and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend and I'll be a returning customer.”
