“I am so happy I thought to take my phone here instead of just getting a new one! I have a Galaxy s10 plus that got the rear glass over the cameras shattered; when I called ahead, they had the part in stock, I drove over the next day on my lunch hour and picked it back up on my way home! They even offered to call when it was ready and would have had it ready in 45 mins if I had needed! The man and woman there were both very kind too!The price was super affordable as well..well worth paying to have my phone back in one piece!Highly recommend!”

“After wasting around an hour at the T-Mobile in the Plaza with Kroger. I went straight to the one in the Mall. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. An Associate Max helped me and answered all my Questions and worked out a Quote for my phone trade in and the above and beyond plan.”

The wonderful lady at the counter was so kind and patient with me while we navigated getting everything set up on the new phone. I was on my work break and she was kind enough to finish the download and bring both phones to my job on her own personal time. She went above and beyond for me and I can’t thank her enough!

“Came into the store to upgrade a couple phones I tried to upgrade online. Online was giving me fits and luckily I was greeted by Amy who was able to take on this mess. I would recommend not going online and going into the store so a professional can handle things and get it straight on the first try. I left with two phones and out of the mess I started the day with. Highly recommend going to see Amy in Ashland with your phone needs.”
