“I have had 2 cars repaired here over the past 6-8 years (2017 Honda Civic Si and 2017 Ford Focus ST), and I have been consistently impressed with the service and quality of the repairs each time. My cars have each been returned to me looking like nothing had ever happened to them (they even spent extra time in paint smoothing over a less than perfect paint repair I had done previously with my Focus!), and they negotiated with my insurance company to ensure everything that was damaged was correctly repaired or replaced, without accepting cheaper substitutes pushed by insurance wherever appropriate. I highly recommend these guys for any make and model of vehicle!”

I called around and got recommended to go to Florence body and towing and Ali and the gang did a great job helping me out and giving me advice on how to go about things far as getting ahold of there insurance. “I bought an exhaust part here, had some issues with fitment & the welds on it, due to myself being cheap. They did not give me any hassle about returning, matter fact even went out of their way to order me a different unit same part # from Ohio to see if that would work. I used to work in a shop as a tech, so I know that they sell solid parts & tools with a wide variety. If they don't have what you need, they can get stuff from other locations pretty fast. I'll be using them again & next time will invest in a slightly higher tier exhaust brand. That part was on me. Thanks guys!”

I have been customer with the advance auto parts for so many years today I just replaced caliber brake and the router under warranty and they went above and beyond to locate the old work order and they did everything in a timely manner and they were very nice
So I always buy Parts on advance auto parts online get like 20% discount and pick it from the store. It may at the end little bit more than Amazon but it’s really worth it to get really good quality parts and covered with warranty stuff I get from other online parts store does not come with warranty like that and I like to deal with the face-to-face crew.”

“Our family’s first road trip since our 2-year-old was born almost ended 500 miles from home.
We were on our way from Michigan to the Smoky Mountains when, just after crossing into Kentucky, our SUV suddenly overheated. Every warning light came on, the temperature gauge buried itself in the red, and panic set in. Imagine being stranded that far from home with your wife and three kids in the southern heat.
I managed to duct tape a blown coolant hose and limp into O’Reilly Auto Parts, where we met Keith.
From the moment he greeted us, his confidence and genuine concern made us feel like family. The replacement part didn’t exist anywhere nearby—the only one in the system was in Boston. Keith called other stores, searched every option, and then said something I’ll never forget: “We’re not going to let this ruin the kids’ vacation.”
Instead of giving up, he helped us engineer a better solution using bulk hose and upgraded clamps. While my wife and kids stayed cool inside the store, Keith helped get us safely back on the road.
We’re now relaxing in our Smoky Mountain cabin, 255 miles later, without losing a single drop of coolant.
People like Keith are incredibly rare. He didn’t just sell parts—he rescued a family vacation. O’Reilly, this man deserves a raise, an award, and to teach customer service to your entire company. Thank you, Keith. We’ll never forget what you did for our family.”
“The staff is very efficient, courteous and will work to get your car fixed even if you show up without an appointment. If there is a long wait for the repair, they have a nice waiting area with a large TV and complimentary coffee. Or you can ask to be shuttled home if it's within A reasonable distance. Prices for repair are a little high.”

“Got an oil change, I really like that you can track the progress on the Walmart app. Really great that it alerts you when it's done too. Great prices on tires, oil changes and just services in general. The associate from the auto center who took my car back was very nice and accommodating. The only negative thing I'll say is, it was estimated to take 30 min but ended up taking 2 hrs bc the were busy. So be prepared to wait if they seem busy.”
