“I met Omar here at his store and I considered him to be a God sent where customers’ service is concerned. He is very nice and considerate of his customers. He is willing to stick with you until the problem is solved. I appreciate the fact that he cares about making you whole. I have really never experienced such dedication. “The Union Verizon exceeded our expectations. They had plenty of staff and we had no wait time. Our sales person, Marc Taylor was a delight. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. We purchased a magnetic phone mount and he even installed it in the car for us. We had a wonderful experience and will only use the Union location in the future!”

“I wanted a phone upgrade without disturbing our monthly plan cost. Whitney helped me out with my options and also just spent time talking to me as a person which I truly appreciate. She made sure I knew about offers and options but wasn't pushy at all. Cannot recommend highly enough.”
