“Very happy with my experience here. I had bought a TV and couldn't attach the legs to it. I felt so stupid but after 45 minutes I was so irritated and decided to pack it up and bring it back for an exchange. I started the process upfront and went to the back to pick out my TV that I would be exchanging for. Stephanie, a manager, saw me looking at TVs and asked if I needed help. I told her I was doing an exchange and trying to figure out the difference between two TVs. She told me the difference and I then said what my current problem was. She asked me if anyone had offered to try putting the legs on for me and asked if I'd like her to try. Turned out the holes in the TV weren't drilled deep enough but she was able to fix it for me and install the legs for me, all with a smile on her face and friendly banter. I was very impressed and haven't really had a good customer service experience ANYWHERE in years. I don't usually leave reviews but I felt compelled to leave a review to say that Stephanie is a fantastic manager and a great addition to Best Buy. She sure knows customer service and has made it so that my next electronic purchase will definitely be at Best Buy in Florence! Thanks!”

“It is always fun to go to Home Depot. You will get what you came for and find something you didn't know you needed! This evening I went looking for the Christmas Tree storage bins they had online. The store is always clean and well organized. Parking is plentiful but be sure to park between the entrance and exit. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I couldn't find the storage containers I was looking for, I asked the young man on the orange vest. He looked it up and told the containers were on a pallet and asked if I minded waiting while he found someone to get them down. It was quick and they helped me with everything I needed. The containers are a great product at a great price. The Home Depot is always my first stop!”

“Unexpected great experience. Walked in with the kiddos to discover they were hosting a kids building proj3ct. Needed to sign up ahead of time (check website for info) but they gave us some extra kits to do at home and were uber friendly. Really made pur day. Returns clerk matched the energy. 5/5 for sure!!!”

“Only been to the Florence location a handful of times. Sometimes (most) you don’t get acknowledged or asked if you need help. Which is Usually fine. But the last two time I was there I was help by Jack. ( that was the name on his apron). I needed a specific bolt and he researched online to see if the kit I was looking at had that bolt in it. And when it didn’t he made sure I had the right one. Next time multiple people saw me trying to get help with getting keys and kept walking by. Finally the last person I saw I asked if they could get someone to help me. Jack came again. He was friendly, greeted me made sure I had the right keys and and even got a “have a nice day” I’m really appreciate of good customer service.”

“Patrick was an expert in his area! He was able to help me when no one else anywhere could! Usually, the HD employees ignore you and won't even say hello anymore. They run the other way down the aisle when they see people coming. Every once in a while you find a good one.. I hope they pay Patrick what he's worth and keep him!”
