“While I normally appreciate Kohl's and their selection. it has gone down for men's items in my opinion. Most of what was available was in clearance which normally the only problem is finding my size. However, the items on clearance were just as much as new clothes 6 months ago... $35 for a shirt. Thankfully there's always a coupon around the corner to help and the Kohl's Cash keeps sucking me right back in for anything I missed or need to replace after the fact.Every time I have been here, the staff is always friendly and there's someone going around tidying up what folks throw around. I will say though, this is the first time I didn't see one actively hanging around shoe's since there's normally always someone asking for help finding their size.”

“Great place but the cart corrals are a mess. The difference between small and large isn’t as obvious as Kroger carts so people mess up where to put them in the parking lot. Someone put a small cart in the aisle labeled large, so i also put my small cart there so the employees wouldn’t have to separate them later on. Apparently that wasn’t the right thing to do because one of the cart corral guys said i put it in the wrong aisle. I told him there was already one there and he just shook his head at me as he came over to fix it. Pretty sure it was the same guy who complained to the person i was shopping with about people putting carts in the wrong place after i put a cart away in a corral that was already severely messed up by other people. If there’s a small cart in one aisle and a large in the other then why would i put the small cart against the large and mess it up even further? Because technically it’s supposed to go in the other aisle? You’re just going to have to separate it an extra time if i put it there. What exactly do you want me to do? If the corral is empty i always put the cart where it’s supposed to go. Maybe just have one size cart or get new ones that are more obviously different if it’s that frustrating. Not my fault other people mess it up”
“Store was clean & happy to see plus sizes on main floor by the door. Most Macy's plus size is on top floor in back corner. Hard for an elderly plus size person to walk to. Hope other Macy's change to this floor plan. Easy to do returns at register instead of hunting return counter.”
“Wonderful experience and will definitely buy more furniture from here. Our salesperson Rex was professional, helpful, and upfront about all costs on multiple sofas. Their sofas are comfy, priced well, and made to last. We ended up buying a floor model and got a steep discount. Will shops here again!”
“Never know what you're gonna find! The rewards program is pretty handy not to mention all the other member perks you get. Constantly getting random coupons which is always fabulous. Super friendly staff. Very helpful and attentive. Beverly is my absolute favorite outta everyone. Clearance is ALWAYS fairly good size. Multiple islands. Everything from furniture and home furnishings and decor to clothing and beauty inside and out! Love this place.”

One of the employees out on the floor did not hesitate to come over and ask me if I needed help in which he went above and beyond to help me. Very helpful, very kind. Thank you, Mr. Bill, for your help. You were very much appreciated. Another cashier who gives great service is Samia who goes out of her way to help customers. “I hadn’t shopped at Target in a long time due to my experience of having poor service. Last night I visited the store and was so very pleasantly surprised by the customer service received. I needed to download the Target app to receive a discount and Kaylee was more than happy to take the time to help me through the process. She didn’t have to do this but she did and was so very patient and helpful. It was a great shopping experience and I will be back!”

“I shop at both dollar general next door and family dollar! Dollar general is rarely open because of being short staffed and they have more inventory in the aisles then on the shelves. While at family dollar James who is older and disabled is always there and their aisles are clear! In a society where healthy people sit and bum with cardboard signs James works his tail off almost everyday! No excuses people! This man is an inspiration to many and your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed! God bless you James keep up the hard work!”

“Nice store. Appropriately priced and things are in order which is really nice. Easy to browse and look around. I found a big platter bowl for $6 that I plan on converting into a bird bath or a planter. This can cost me at least $20-30 easy. Staff seemed nice, helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back here again, you never know what you can find in this place.”
“I love the Florence Location. Everything is priced reasonable. A few days ago I found this rocking chair and ottoman set. Perfect condition for $15 total. What a steal. I’ve ordered new gray replacement pillows. They also had this clean couch for $40 that you couldn’t beat. But I didn’t need the couch.”

I've never had trouble finding things and sometimes it gets frustrating having to wait on a worker to help with something in their department and only 2 lanes are open and we are forced to do self checkout with numerous items but all in all they are good ppl”

“I used to order from their catalog. I had no idea there was a brick and mortar store in NKY. I bought a cute vest and a fleece jacket at very reasonable prices. They had a good selection of casual and outdoor wear and some gear. They also had some nice gift items. I'll definitely be returning.”
