“I came in assuming they could simply scan a QR code and ship it. Unfortunately, that was not the case and it turned into a project. The company I was doing business with did not provide the appropriate QR code. Feruza was quick to correct the situation with a simple work around. While I was working on my portion of the project, Feruza was still at work with other customers. Then she immediately came back to me to help finish the first step. “I came thru today lookin for stationery (paper, pencils, staplers). Shortly after I walked in someone asked if I needed help finding anything and they led me over to the aisles I needed. While I was looking in one of those aisles another associate asked if I needed any more help. I was kinda surprised, honestly. My only minor complaint was that I had trouble finding mechanical pencils at an affordable price. Otherwise thanks to this location”

But Brianna was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made it so easy. I’ve never felt as welcomed in a FedEx as I did at this location. Both Brianna and Allie were amazing—so professional, kind, and clearly a great team. “Have to give a shout out to Heather. Went to get passport photo recently. I had some unusual requests about the photo. She was very patient to meet my requests. If every customer service representative helped customers like Heather, the world would be a much better place.”
“Reviewing for Elijah - the team member that worked a little harder and stayed a few minutes after the store closed to ensure my presentation papers were printed - this after another store team member refused me service because they were closing in 10 minutes. He saved the company an order - because I would have had to cancel as I needed them first thing in the morning. Well done Elijah.”
“I can't say enough good things about this team with a special shout out to Tide! A few month's ago, DHL lost a poster that I had created on Shutterfly and I needed it by a deadline date. When the package didn't arrive I called at least 5 other places to see if they could turn it around in 2 hours.This location said they could and using only a screenshot, they produced a beautiful poster for my daughter's event. Needless to say, I ordered my second poster here and had it mounted on foam board. It is perfect and came with special corner protectors which was unexpected. It's not inexpensive, but it was worth it knowing I'd get my order completed on time. Tide is kind and accommodating. Everyone I've interacted with at this location is quite nice.”

The customer service representative are very polite nice helpful friendly staff and they are able to verify current situation that I was not able to get properly information on and I always go to the same one. If you have any questions or need more information, advise, pricing, and knowledgeable answers will be available for you. I was doing a home job that required me to use FedEx daily and I was always felt comfortable to go there even if I was not exactly sure what I needed immediately but always they were knowledgeable and I have not had any problems!”

Restrooms were clean. Parking is ample. I like how they keep a small area with supplies for customer use (tape, scissors, paper clips, pens, etc).”
“I ordered my baby shower diaper raffle cards to be printed here, and not only were they ready the next day, well before 12 pm, but they cut them individually for me. I didn't expect that and I appreciate it beyond words.
I'm 7 months pregnant, tired, and busy with planning. This kind gesture saved me a lot of time from cutting them myself.”
