“I had a very busy morning planned and was highly stressed without a working turn signal/brake light. I had the bulb but couldn't remove the screws. Employee named Gary was very willing to help. He walked out from behind the counter when I asked him if he could help me find the correct tool to remove screws so I could change my bulb. He walked out with me, he took a look at it and said, let me get my tools. He popped that lil suckers out in 5 seconds and popped the bulb right in. He kindly asked me get in car so he could chk if the light was working. He finished up, got his tools and I was so impressed. So kind, cute, helpful, polite and a true genuine man!! Today, June 11, 2025, they broke a sweat, so to speak, to search for a case of catalytic converter cleaner, diagnose my vehicle issue, sell me and others products/parts, and assist mechanics on the phone with their parts orders/delivery.
And they did all that probably with pending breaks etc. and not forgetting to thank me as we customers exited.
