She and her assistants are professional and obviously love animals. I never have problems scheduling appointments. My babies seem to like going to Amy's. They have never been afraid which means a great deal to me. She has reasonable prices and I have seen all types and sizes of dogs there. I cannot say enough about this excellent groomer. Other members of my family have gone to Amy's and would echo my remarks.

1410 Versailles Rd, FrankfortI cannot say enough great things about the staff here. Dr Smith, Stacy and Nicki are absolute angels. We had to bring my elderly cat in on a Saturday for a sinus infection but unfortunately we found that she had pancreatitis and acute kidney failure. They were wonderful with her. I had gotten the stomach bug and was struggling to give her medication and fluids at home, and Nicki did not hesitate to help and allow me to bring her in so she could administer them for me. When we realized my cat was not improving and that her kidney failure was chronic, they were transparent the entire time regarding her prognosis and supported us in every difficult decision we had to make. They are literal angels. I could not be more thankful for them. ❤️ They definitely care about their patients and the overall wellbeing of every animal that comes through the door.

Allan was a real fine tour guide, as he used to be a teacher and did a fantastic job answering questions. Very delightful. I was surprised there was vodka as part of the tasting! I really liked the bourbon ball, as I had never had one before. I wasn't the one that booked the tour and tasting so maybe it's well advertised but there was also cream, root beer, ginger ale to try too, which was delightful for someone that doesn't love bourbon (but loves the person they came here with to celebrate a big birthday). Their gift shop was huge! Long check out line.

The menu is shrinking for the winter season. Looks like a really fun place for the summer.
I had a catfish sandwich and french fries and it was very good.

5711 McCracken Pike, FrankfortGreat little place in the small town between Castle & Key and Woodford Distilleries. It is a very popular place with limited tables, so you might make a reservation. We were there for brunch and got lucky a table had cancelled so we were able to sit in the main dining room. They have a nice selection of bourbons and cocktails. I had the Derby Chick sandwich that was amazing. My wife had The Stave Smashburger which was also excellent. Service was great and will stop in again when in town.
