I told them she hadn’t been groomed before and she might be scared because she’s a rather timid dog. They assured us they would take their time with her and make her comfortable. She turned out perfect! They did such a good job with her and my dog didn’t act upset or anything when we picked her up. They even put little bows on her! We will be back.

Geneva is usually the one who grooms our older Pomsky because she knows how cautious she can be about her legs being touched. She has even boarded her before. This time she desperately needed a last-minute grooming so she saw Sara and she did AMAZING with her! She looks so good! Highly recommend!

My dog is big (100+ lbs) and had a lot going on (desperate need of a nail trim, mats around the butt, dirty beard, etc.)
She came back looking like a model. Smells great, so soft, and everything is trim and tight. Plus, she was happy and comfortable when I came to get her!
They really stuck with it too. Said it took her 20 minutes to get her into the tub (we'll work on that!!) and that she was grumbly a lot of the time, but she still came out looking amazing and happy. I will 100% be taking her back regularly to keep her in check.

The fact that she is mobile is also huge since she comes to you, and you get to be at home while she works her magic. This is a huge plus for the human but an even bigger plus for the dog and eliminates the stress of traveling for them.

My first impression of them was with my middle aged cat who turned out to have pillow paws. They fixed her right up and were so understanding about my financial situation. They spoke Costs upfront with me and very clearly while also offering substitutions that stayed in my budget. My second impression was when they treated my senior cat. The level of care and understanding they gave her and myself when we found out she was in late stage kidney disease. The whole team has my respect and appreciation. They carefully go over every treatment option, take in consideration of price and budgets, and still do what’s best for your pet. Currently we have been battling a severe case of stomatitis in my youngest cat and Dr. Brewster has done amazing with him. It’s been a rough and hard case, but she’s been upfront and willing to help every step of the way. The team at best pets is amazing. I gladly recommend them to everyone I know.
