All of the girls that work there are very sweet and helpful. When I give my business to anyone I look at the reviews first. I am a professional dog trainer and noticed that a lot of the reviews that were on here are from people who don't understand how hard it is to be a groomer or to even work with dogs that don't belong to them. We all love our fur babies and want the best for them, so I am grateful that the groomers don't answer the phone at times when it rings because it means my dogs are safe on the grooming table and not being left alone. I also know that dogs are under way more stress when we hang around and watch them getting groomed. I always want to stay and be there for my dogs but I know that it isn't good for them to see me. I will personally continue to bring my dogs to Kelly!

Doctor Barron and the staff are clearly animal lovers, getting to know the pets and helping them feel comfortable. All on staff are compassionate for people, too. In serious diagnoses and in every day minor mishaps, the team knows how to respond to the injury, the pet, and the family. Yearly vaccinations and checkups are always informative and helpful. We leave our appointments feeling really confident we have a supportive team we can always turn to for the best health and happiness of our pets.

What has really won me over was when My Barrington had a leg laceration and it was an emergency to get him in, they didn't hesitate to see him. Dr. Noble got him, together fast, and I even had to bring him back a day or two later because he found away to get to the injury again... We had the wrong date and they still worked us in and took care of our new addition to the family! It’s such a cool spot, full of history and warmth. The service was amazing and the crowd welcoming. We sat in one of the rooms with a fireplace and a glass of bourbon. The only thing that would’ve made a great experience even better would be if my bf could’ve had a cigar during our time here. Lol! This is a great local spot that you shouldn’t overlook.

401 Outlet Center Dr #260, GeorgetownI absolutely adored this place! I work at a cat cafe (very far away in Pennsylvania) but I always make it a point to visit a cat cafe when Im traveling. This place was amazing!! The coffee was great, as was the iced tea. But when I visit cat cafes Im here for the cats.
The cats were well taken care of. There were rules in places for their safety (monitoring kids, separate areas just for the cats with no visitors, etc) and the staff clearly love these animals which is really important to me.
I didnt catch either of their names, but my appointment was thursday January 15th, right at 11am. Both staff members were super attentive and helpful.
The guy brought our drinks in and knew everything there was to know about each cat, all their quirks and personalities.
Thanks for taking care of these kitties and your staff is super cool. Will definitely be back when im in the area!!
