2175 Lantern Ridge Drive, RichmondGenerally we have a great experience with the grooming department. This past time our groomer Kayley did not meet expectations. We booked our appointments for both of our dogs over a week prior to bringing them in. However our pups were there for over 4 hours and we were treated like we did something wrong because they are a “public” groomer. Hey we totally understood that they got busy and may have gotten behind. Totally get that, but when you keep pushing someone that had an appointment back to help walk-ins instead. That’s just not right. It just made me wonder if I should have just walked in versus actually having an appointment according to her? Also I would normally take this up with someone there, but I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone. I’m still going to bring my pups to PetSmart, but Kayley will not be allowed to touch them.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. They told me the charges up front so there were no surprises. I was 100% satisfied with my entire experience, from the initial phone call to the checkout at the end. Also, my dog is fine. 😊

2120 Pimlico Drive, RichmondI had to take my kittens here as they started to decline in health fast everyone there was super helpful and extremely supportive and nice they took my babies back instead as they were really sick unfortunately one had to be put to sleep they let us hold our baby to say goodbye as we couldn’t go be with him as they put him to sleep as he was so bad they couldn’t get a iv in him the other kitten was doing okay and I was sent home with medicine for her unfortunately I was back in a couple of hours as she started to decline in health and we had to make the decision to put her to sleep as well I lost all 3 of my babies in less then 24 hours of each other the staff was absolutely amazing and very supportive though out the whole time we were devastated by losing our kittens we got dr shalyn both times we went and she was very supportive and understand we were in pain we had only so much money and they worked with us on the cost of everything I appreciate everyone that was there both times Ive had bad experiences with vets before but everyone there actually cared about my kittens and was not just after money and I know if any of my other pets get sick this will be the place I go to every time with out a second thought I find peace in knowing my kitten didn’t suffer and I hope they are all together and happy wherever they are now

She came to us knowing all basic commands, sit, stay, no, leash trained, potty trained, on bed trained and several others... it has simply been amazing having such a great German Shepard be such a part of our family! She is definitely a defender of our home as well when we are gone for a few hours... I would definitely recommend the trainers and company of K9 Unleashed to anyone looking for such a wonderful animal or training for a current family member already!!!

521 Leighway Drive, RichmondMy go-to tapioca boba shop. Excellent selections of milk teas, fruit teas, and rich cheese-foam beverages that are divine (they have a brown-sugar cheese-foam tea that’s particularly good and my go-to). The tapioca pearls here are also super good!
I also highly recommend their seasonal red velvet cheese-foam tea. It only comes as a medium, but I wish you could get it larger because it’s so, so good!
