About National Car Rental
National Car Rental offers a highly praised car rental experience, especially noted for its friendly staff and efficient service. Customers appreciate the lack of queues and the convenience of the Emerald Aisle, allowing for quick access to vehicles. The selection of cars at various airports generally includes modern options with features like Apple CarPlay, although some long-time members express a desire for a wider variety.
Renters have reported positive interactions with staff, who are described as polite and helpful, particularly when resolving booking issues. While some customers find that National's prices may be higher than competitors like Dollar or Thrifty, many agree that the quality of vehicles and service makes it worth the extra cost. Experiences include driving everything from compact cars to luxury models like a brand new Mercedes. Overall, National Car Rental comes highly recommended for its excellent service and quality vehicles, making it a top choice for travelers.

Rented a Honda Odyssey for an 8 day trip with 6 adult women. Experience was excellent throughout from seamless pick up and delivery to comfort of the minivan and ability to fit all of our luggage in the trunk area. All seats were comfortable including 3rd row. Definitely recommend National and the Honda Odyssey.
