About Hertz Car Rental - Hebron - Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG)
Hertz Car Rental at Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) provides a range of vehicles including luxury cars, sports cars, SUVs, EVs, vans, and trucks. The experience receives mixed feedback. Some customers report very good and easy experiences with exceptionally friendly and professional staff, noting it was probably the easiest pickup and return. The Gold member status and ability to skip the counter are appreciated. However, issues sometimes occur, such as a reserved car not being available or technical problems with the 'skip the counter' feature. In these situations, staff members are frequently highlighted for going above and beyond, being super helpful and friendly, and saving vacations by finding solutions. The staff's helpful actions encourage customers to return.
