Thrifty Car Rental - Cincinnati - Northern Kentucky International Airport

Car Rental
Hours: Thrifty Car Rental at Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport offers a selection of vehicles with the goal of providing good value. The rental and return processes are frequently described as easy, smooth, and stress-free by customers, with a simple drop-off procedure. Many reviewers found the staff to be great, helpful, friendly, and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere. The cars are typically reported as clean, immaculate, and in great condition with no hidden or unexpected charges on the bill. However, the experience can be inconsistent. Some customers encountered significant frustrations with the online pre-check-in system, reporting that links did not work, leading to a redundant process where they had to wait in line and provide information multiple times despite prior efforts. While employees remained helpful during these issues, the process undermined the advantage of pre-registration for long-time members. Overall, the service delivers a good experience when systems function smoothly, supported by a commendable team.
