“Big Red saved the day! Our old washer of 10 years died on us and as a large family we needed to find one quickly and for a great price. We had a wonderful experience. James and Jacob helped us on the sales floor, working together to help find exactly what we were looking for. We saved $200 more than the 3 previous stores we had visited. We also were able to pick up our new washer and dryer set same day! We will definitely return for future appliance purchases and we love knowing we’re supporting a family owned business.”
“Only been to the Florence location a handful of times. Sometimes (most) you don’t get acknowledged or asked if you need help. Which is Usually fine. But the last two time I was there I was help by Jack. ( that was the name on his apron). I needed a specific bolt and he researched online to see if the kit I was looking at had that bolt in it. And when it didn’t he made sure I had the right one. Next time multiple people saw me trying to get help with getting keys and kept walking by. Finally the last person I saw I asked if they could get someone to help me. Jack came again. He was friendly, greeted me made sure I had the right keys and and even got a “have a nice day” I’m really appreciate of good customer service.”
“Don’t know why reviews are so low, called for information man on the phone was very helpful and friendly. Renting process is a bit extra but they just ask for information to make sure they get their stuff back. Absolutely would use again.”

“I was looking for a tool chest that the last 3 Home Depots said they had but did not, the tool chest showed up in the system for Cold Springs but with a ton of looking with Nathaniel it was not found. Nathaniel went up and beyond calling other stores, unfortunately the other stores did not bother helping. Kudos to Nathaniel, I appreciate his help”

“My friend were looking for wood crates for a crafting project. We ask three different employees if they had them and everyone said no except for Brendan. Brendan not only located the wood crates but also grabbed a ladder and checked in the storage for another one when we asked if they had anymore. And then even after all of that he was extremely friendly. Brendan is the most helpful and exemplary employee at this location.”

If there are multiple joes, this was on Halloween 10/31/24 around 3pm. He helped with with a chainsaw after a hour on the phone with customer care who ultimately told me to call the store.
Joe got shit done in 5 minutes.”
