“It was April of 2020, just when my hard drive crashed, COVID close-down became real and my non-stick pan, stuck. Frantic to pay bills, I googled on my phone and purchased a reasonably priced, refurbished hard drive from Recharge PC that arrived 2-3 days later. Elated, I called them and Jared instructed me on set-up and other things I didn't know I had available to my access. Every one of them arrives looking brand new. I wish I had started buying refurbished earlier. “The sales representative was amazed and very helpful and solved my problems that could not be solved by calling Cricket Billing department and customer service not sure if customer service was involved because I was being put on hold and I was talking with different people for just asking 1 questions about why my phone was turn off but was paid 2 days earlier with a text message say thank you for your payment and your next payment will be due on 11/30/23 as normally is and I had text after that saying I had a $20.00 credit due to me after I pay a $10.00 1 time charge made no sense what so ever and also the last person I spoke to on the phone trying to figure out way my phone was turn off and the person sent me a app to use to pay the 10$+ to open the app they sent me but I couldn't open the app because my phone was turn off that when I went to the cricket store in store whitch was taken care in less than 5min whitch I spent over 1 hr on phone with cricket billing and that all I have to say about my last experience calling Cricket to ask and to solved a problem or explain something I thought would be easy but I was wrong ?”

“Been coming here for the past 8 or so years, and I just recently purchased my third phone which was an iPhone 11. Omar was the one that sold it to us, and that process was simple though he was very deadpan with his responses but I didn't mind, I didn't come here to make a friend I came to buy a phone. Anyway, he told us to come back before the end of the next month to switch my phone's plan over to my other family member's so we weren't billed twice, sounds easy, right? Well, we came in yesterday and Omar happened to be there... just for him to tell us that we'd have to call customer service to change the plan. See, when we bought the phone he told us we could just come in, but when we did come in and he happened to be there, he said we'd have to call customer service. What sense does that make? Calling customer service for any company is always a pain, so I'm not looking forward to it.”
“If I could give 10 stars I genuinely would. My husband and I were previous customers with AT&T AND LORDY DID WE HAVE ISSUES. We finally had enough with AT&T that we decided to switch. Danny, Alex, and Brad were amazing. They were so patient and kind and let me tell you I wouldn’t have been. We were there two days for over 7 hours combined and not once did they make me or my husband feel like we were a hassle. I will definitely being staying with Tmobile as a customer for the pure factor of how these three young men handled our situation and helped us not deal with anymore stress.”

He helped in so many ways, and although he did suggest , he wasn’t just trying make the sale he also made me feel very comfortable with my purchases and answered many many many of my questions without hesitation, he had an answer, an honest one for every question that had. And boy I had a ton. Tommy was chill and laid back made me feel like I was the only person in the store and u dont really get that kind of treatment anywhere anymore. He truly cared and that means a lot. Hands down Tommy made this the best customer service experience honestly I’ve ever had.
