“On 03/02/2022, I went to this branch at 9:00am to get some cash. I went to drive through and sent my bank card and ID to the teller. However, the teller got me waited for more than than five without communicating her intentions or what she was doing. I didn't services and I voiced my dissatisfaction and disappointment to her. Few hours later, I received a call from Chad, the manager he apologized for the incident. Therefore, I'm applauding Chad and the teller who conveyed my dissatisfaction. Thank you and I'm proud you reached out to me and let me know that the incident wasn't intentional.”
