“I had a great experience with Bonnycastle when we purchased our first set of laundry machines after moving into a house without these appliances. When we decided we wanted a second set, I was overwhelmed thinking about how I’d find someone to cut the dryer vent, do the plumbing, and add an electrical plug for the new machines. I called bonnycastle to explain what I wanted. They came out and verified it was feasible given our current setup, and then we were off to the races. Once I gave them the go-ahead, they were able to handle all aspects of adding the second set, so I never had to find different tradesmen myself for each component of the project. This was extremely helpful and reassuring. The machines were in stock, and I was doing dual loads of laundry within a week! Bonnycastle turned what I thought would be a nightmare project into a dream. Highly recommend this company for when you have a complicated appliance project that requires more than simple installation. Bonnycastle will be our first stop for future appliance needs.”

“Great customer service. I had a kitchen remodel over 15 years ago and have a waste container pull out of which one of the slides recently broke. I called the company to ask where I can buy just the slides and they ended up sending a replacement for free. They did not have to do that. The customer rep was so nice . “My wife and I had never been to this store, but we got a gift card from a friend specifically for Williams-Sonoma so we drove there and used it to purchase a Nespresso machine. When we got home and set it up it was displaying an error code upon unboxing and did not work properly, and also the 12 Nespresso pods sampler box that was labeled as included in the box was missing. We called the store and they were extremely helpful and proactive, and we were able to return the machine and exchange it for one that worked properly that included all the correct items in the packaging. We felt like the management at the store had the entire staff involved in helping us. We talked to several people throughout the process and they had all exchanged notes about our issue and made it a seamless process, one that most likely would have been much more frustrating without the personal touch they were able to provide. We are very happy with our product, and wanted to share that the staff took a challenging situation in stride.”
