“I had a strange noise coming from one of my tires but was unsure what the cause was. I had been assuming the worst (wheel bearing, bad rotor, etc.). After an hour of looking at my car, Meineke called & said my rotor dust shield had gotten bent/warped, likely during the winter storm, & that he adjusted it for me free of charge! I will never go anywhere else in Lexington to get my car problems checked out, they’re extremely quick and kind people!”

They of course did try to sell their extended warranties and service contracts, but I simply said no and there was no pressure. No hidden costs and everyone was upfront on pricing. Did everything over phone, text and email until I picked it up. Would highly recommend!”

“I've had a couple bad experiences with tire shops on Lexingtons east side so a friend suggested I go to Tire Discounters in Hamburg on Bryant Road and ask for Joey. Well, I had some time today and dropped by. They were slammed so I was just going to price some tires and come back later. Joey priced me some tires with install and alignment for cheaper than I could find even online. He actually had them in stock and had me in and out within one hour of me getting there. Can't beat that for price and fast service. Thanks guys.The ride home on I-64 was smooth!”

“I can't begin to tell you how great this business treated me and how wonderful the staff are. They got me in right away on three different occasions. I needed car inspection to purchase a vehicle. They went above and beyond to help me in many ways.
I was treated like family
I called them for advise and they gave it to me and I KNEW I could trust them.
I randomly picked them off Google. I know there was some Devine intervention involved.
We had had a rough time after losing my car to a freak accident during the ice storm and we're at our wits end. John, Julie and Miss Lydia made a horrible situation go away.
I had no idea there were still places like Complete Auto in existence. Oh, if only. These people were and are a God send.
I have told everyone I have come in contact with since, and it was just this week. Even the young man helping me out with groceries, the salesman who sold me my new used car as well as other friends and family and complete strangers. Lol!
They will have all my future business and as many others I can tell.
If you wanted to do business with people who follow the Golden Rule go to Complete Auto Care on Palumbo Drive in Lexington. KY. You will not regret it. If you do not live in Lexington, trust me it will be worth the drive.
They have my undying gratitude. I hope to get to know them better as I continue to visit.

Chuck, the young man who made the repair, was very professional and did an excellent job. We highly recommend Boots and will definitely return to them s for future auto repairs.”
