Truist is a nice bank located downtown, with a great location that is easy to miss if you don't know where to look. The staff at this branch are very helpful and do an excellent job. Customers appreciate that this branch is the only one that answers the phone consistently and provides top-notch service. However, the bank is closed on Saturdays and would be better if it were open until 1 pm. Overall, it is a reputable bank with friendly staff and a convenient location.

Nice bank and great location. The help you receive is top notch. The only thing wrong with this bank is they're closed on Saturday. It would be nice if they were open until 1 pm.

So the bank was great. The location downtown, if you don't know where to swing in you'll likely miss it bc it's nudged right in the middle of downtown.
