“The new customers service here are cool and friendly, but don't forget to mention the fuel points before you purchase as they often forget to ask if you have one.”

“Gas price is good. Pumping it takes a few tricks. The pump handle must be FULLY inserted and you must run it manual for a while before setting the handle auto-fill. Took a few minutes with the attendant to figure it out.”

“I love that they gave someone to help you if you are having problems- easy in and out!! Great experience- with gas $.20 cheaper than all spots around.”

“10 cent off per gallon discount per $100 of eligible groceries up to $1.00 (1000 pts) off per gallon at a Kroger Fuel Center like this one, or a maximum of 10 cents of per gallon with you Kroger Rewards Card at any other regular shell location, so save those points and head to a Kroger Fuel Center - the points add up quick, and download the Kroger app, there are always discounts available, many for fuel or points, such as 4x point rewards for gift card purchases. Little money hacks like that and other I've mentioned literally can offset the money you may waste at a gas station for say -- real savings, especially if you get the full $1.00 off/per gallon of gas and fill up. ALWAYS TRY TO USE YOUR POINTS WHEN YOUR CAR NEEDS A TOTAL FUEL FILL UP TO MAXIMIZE VALUE!! ??”

“I went in to get a membership and do some shopping today and I can't say enough good things about this location. Jamal, at the membership desk was so kind and had a great sense of humor. He walked me through all the membership options and even took the time to help me set up my Costco App and made sure it was working correctly before I left the desk. Once I got into the store it was clean and well organized and I came across helpful staff almost everywhere. I had a great conversation with one employee who had some good ideas for a diabetic diet. When I needed to talk to the butcher he came right to the window and even though this location doesn't carry ground beef tubes we had a good laugh about other things. Then once I got to checkout I can honestly say my cashier and his helper could turn check out into an Olympic sport and win the gold. I have never had a cart check out so fast in my life. I bought a lot of things because I live a bit a drive away and will probably only go every month or so and the prices were so good on so many grocery items that my cart was full but not overflowing. I used to live in Northern Virginia and going to Costco there was a chore but when I left this location I found myself looking forward to my next trip. Thanks you guys.”

“Tonya at this location absolutely rocks! She went above and beyond and even smashed her finger helping me this evening. She saved my night! Need more people like her!”

“Pretty busy spot and usually has great prices. You can use tour points at the pump and that's what keeps me going. Convince to the area, enough spaces to hold several cars. Some snacks etc can be purchased as well”

“This place has some very friendly owners and employees. Offers a large selection of snack and drinks. Get you a $20 scratcher, $5 on the diesel, and tell them Joe sent ya!”

“Definitely first world problems and recognize I'm being entitled, but bugs me that their pumps still don't accept anything short of a chip card. There have been a couple times I've misplaced a card and had to go to virtually any other gas station to use my phone/watch. Honestly I don't really look at their prices too much bc I normally get the full $1 off a gallon from my groceries, so it doesn't matter the prices elsewhere, they won't beat that dollar off a gallon (in my case, 22 gallons of premium no less 😭) Always very clean and generally the least grimy gas station experience imo”

“I purchased a very expensive pair of glasses a few months ago at Costco. We were in Rome and I threw them on the hotel bed and later proceeded to sit right on them. They didn't break but they were seriously bent, luckily I had an extra pair. I took them back to Costco and Suren helped me. Neither of us were sure he could straighten the frames without breaking them. But, I told him to go for it. Suren was very patient and deliberate, he delicately got them back into shape. He even put a dab of super glue on the damaged plastic to strengthen them. Suren went above and beyond his duty to fix my glasses. A huge shout out to Suren! Dan Kvachuk”

“This fuel center is usually pretty packed so I generally try and stay away from it. Still, I stopped there for gas on my way through. Some of the buttons are missing their tags/type. The pumps look pretty run down, but I guess thats what happens when they are well used!”
1500 Fitzgerald Court, Lexington KY 40509
“Highly recommend. There is rarely ever a wait at this pharmacy. Even when I had a gap in my Costco membership I still came here because the pharmacy was just that much better than others in town. I have NEVER been given the wrong prescription here and recently they notified me of a drug interaction that my doctor failed to notice first. 10/10 Thankful for them after hearing of some people’s pharmacy horror stories!”
1161 Centre Parkway, Lexington KY 40517
“Neighborhood is rough and always has crazy stuff going on. But I do like the location, apple/google Pay at the pump, and usually stocked up on items, along with a little food place inside with chicken and other food.”
831 Lane Allen Rd, Lexington KY 40504
“I absolutely love this place. I stop in every night after work. The owners are super sweet and have a great, clean and we'll stocked store. I saw many items that I hadn't seen before.”

“Prices are usually good, even better if you have a Kroger card. I've only ever had to wait for a pump to open up once in all the time I've lived in Georgetown. The line at the counter is usually pretty fast too.”
3334 Clays Mill Road, Lexington KY 40503
“I had a wonderful experience here! The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. You can really feel that they care about their customers. Having worked in retail myself, I know how vital a helpful attitude is for any business. Some places get it right, while others miss the mark, but this place really shines. They’ve truly earned their reputation and their stars.”

“I was out of fuel and couldn’t run my generator. It got down to 52 degrees in my RV. I’ve had the week from HELL being broke down due to DEF issues. But Thanks to H&R Oil for coming through with fuel delivery this morning! I have heat again. Sincerely - thank you!”

“I love this particular Kroger Gas Station, the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. I've never gotten any bad gas from Kroger Gas station. It's a quick stop for gas.”

“Never had anything less than very competent and professional service here - and outstanding value! This center DOES tend to be very busy...and at times they are rushed and brusque. Perhaps some people feel that they have been treated rudely due to the fact that the harried/busy schedulers sometimes might not have adequate time to flatter the purchaser or stroke their ego. Once I brought in a car for a rotation, and brought it back a week later as there was a shimmy in the front, left tire. It was because the wheel was very slightly bent. Without complaint they re-rotated the tires so the wheel slightly out-of-round was now in the back. No one complained that this was my problem, not their problem. I trust them 100%, and they have never let me down. GREAT prices. GREAT technicians. Yeah, sometimes so rushed they do not have time to pat your fanny for you. But hey...I go there for tires and service...not to have my ego stroked. And BTW, for those complaining about excessive wait times...a tire rotation anywhere requires 60-90 minutes wait time...and a new tire installation/balancing 90-120 minutes. That's typical anywhere. It's a bit more involved than a car wash, Karen. Or even an oil change.”

“This location has a restaurant. The food is a mix of Mexican and Indian. It's not spicy but you can make it spicy. The food is served in a bowl. There are many items to add to the selection. Very neat and clean store. The people working there are friendly and helpful.”

“Stopped to get gas , it asked me if I would like a car wash , and I thought it came with the gas purchase .....Not being sure , I choose the basic . I proceeded to go through it and the cost was 8.00 dollars . Let me tell you what , I have been to high end car washes , that cost 20 minimum and wasn't as pleased as I was with this car wash ! The back end of my car , always gets neglected , but this car wash was different . It even cleaned the entire back end.... Would definitely recommend !!!!”

“The store is always clean. The people are great and the restaurant in the parking lot is always popin very popular, it almost looks like a fairgrounds at the night time. They get so many customers it's crazy, the food must be really good”

“We have been asking for 6 weeks to have our propane tanks moved from our old location to our new location. I call 2 or 3 times a week. Brian, our rep, does not bother to return the call. We are not even given an estimated date. I'm sure the people at our old location are enjoying the propane in the tanks that we paid for. Very frustrating.7/7/2021 Update. In response to my review, I was contacted by the regional manager, apologizing for the lack of communication and effort. The tanks were moved within days of his call. Although I am happy the tanks have finally been moved, I won't give a 5 star review due to the effort it took.”

“Brand new shell. Just opened on 2/13/20. Fuel pumps can take Google or apple pay. Only down fall is that the parking lot and area around pumps are small and tight. So depending on how you enter you'll have to leave another way and make a u turn at the light.”
1201 S Broadway, Lexington KY 40504
“Every single time I walk in there they are but polite. Been in there a cpl times when there some loud commotion going on from a angry customer and these guys kept there kool. Better then ever could have. Never an issue with anything I went in to pick up. They ALWAYS had it. Thank you guys for everything and I’ll see ya soon. Great job”
5522 Athens Boonesboro Rd, Lexington KY 40509
“I decided to stop here as opposed to the station across the street because the gas is cheaper (July 1, 2023, $3.29 vs $3.39 across the street). The inside of the building seemed fairly clean with the exception of a dried spill from the slushy machine(s). They had a good selection of stuff inside. And right off the interstate.”
781 East New Circle Road, Lexington KY 40505
“Great gas station if you need to grab something fast.. good selection of everything.. they have the best variety of disposable vapes by far compared to other gas stations.”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

The truck stop company will upgrade its stores through its Strategic Remodel Initiative, which started in 2022. Read the postTexas-born Buc-ee's is changing the way people think about gas stations and convenience stores. This chain is known for its huge stores along highways, some with over 100 fuel pumps. With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
