“I will preface by saying the apartments look super cool, they’re very spacious, and the office staff/maintenance is friendly and helpful.
However here is the issue: PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE IF TOU VALUE YOUR SLEEP. I have lived in 4 or 5 apartment complex’s in my life and this is by far the loudest. A lot of people complain about the train (which is loud) but you do get used to it. The issue is the people you live around. You will hear every single thing from your neighbors including footsteps, intercourse, and don’t get me started on dogs. The place is full of inconsiderate dog owners that will let their animal sit at home alone and bark for hours straight day and night.
Again, super cool place in a nice area, but be prepared to hear every single thing possible.
EDIT: The staff at Germantown was able to figure out an alternative option for me. I appreciate their attention and care towards the situation!”

“I wasn’t sure what to expect when I moved in but I definitely didn’t expect to be this impressed right off the bat. I ran into a handful of issues. The washer wasn’t working right the kitchen sink was draining slow, and a couple of outlets in the kitchen weren’t working at all.
I figured this would turn into a long drawn out process involving different contractors, a washer guy, a plumber, and maybe even an electrician. But instead, I got Larry. I’ve seen Larry around the grounds on his golf cart, cleaning up, and even messing with the pool, but I didn’t know he was also the maintenance man.
Larry showed up right away and handled everything himself like it was second nature. He even had all the parts and tools with him, like he knew exactly what the issue could be. He diagnosed the washer issue almost immediately and had it running in no time. Then he moved on to the sink, cleared the clog, and even fixed the slope in the pipe underneath. He opened up the electrical panel, found a faulty breaker, and replaced it right there on the spot. Oh, and he even programmed the garage door opener, which was a game changer.
He didn’t just patch it up you can tell Larry takes pride in doing things the right way. He explained what he was fixing, why it happened, and even gave me a few tips on how to prevent issues in the future. Super knowledgeable, very respectful, and skilled.
it gives me a ton of peace of mind knowing someone like Larry is around. He saved what could’ve been a frustrating experience and turned it into a great first impression. Huge thank you to Mr. Larry!”

“I been with Bronner Realty since 2022, I have no regrets. Love that if anything is not working it gets resolved within 1-2 days. Neighbors are nice and friendly. I stayed at Highgate Springs and breckenridge pointe, very quiet and peaceful. Staff is always professional and helpful. Perfect price and place!”

While the majority of dealings have been as a contractor, I did also live at one of their complexes for 2 years with no complaints. Highly recommend!”
“The location. The building is always clean. The rooms are a nice size especially the bathrooms. More space than I expected. The bathtub is nice to soak in. I could go on . But I'm really grateful I was able to get in.”
“I moved into Flats on Fifth in August 2025. I have really enjoyed my time here. I had a few pest control issues however, the maintenance team responded promptly and effectively addressed any issues I had. I get my place routinely treated and haven't had any issues. The management has been great. My main downside is the expensive parking options that you have to pay for on top of rent and utilities. Susan did our tour, and she's been absolutely great. I live alone and have never felt unsafe in or outside the building.”

“If you want to live where it's safe, clean and comfortable Eastchase is it. The maintenance is superb, quick and reliable. Our groundskeeper is great too, keeps the grounds beautiful. The management is kind, caring and attentive. Our new landlord has made a huge difference for the better! I'm a 4yr tenant and so happy I was patient in waiting for change. No plans in moving after checking out other apts. in this area. Thank you Eastchase for caring about your tenants!”
“This is my 4th year living here and I have to say.... I LOVE this community. Following are some reasons why.
- The location is fantastic! Close to Norton Commons, close to the paddock shops and close to the highway. Yes, I said the highway and my building is next to the highway and I hardly ever hear it.
- The community is not giant and I love that.
- I have a one bedroom unit and it's a really nice size.
- The pool is great. Exceptionally clean and never packed.
- My neighbors are all very nice and I've made friends with others in other buildings.
- The staff is incredible. Tammy, the property Manager is truly top notch. Extremely responsive and extremely kind. I can't imagine what it is like to deal with this many people and their demands/opinions/expectations (this coming from an event planner) but she is always wonderful to interact with.
- This winter was the worst winter I remember since I have lived in Kentucky (almost 14 years now) and they handled the snow/ice storm like a champ. They literally were removing the snow, putting it in a dump truck and removing it from the property.
- I didn't have a shovel to dig my car out, they let me use theirs.
- I emailed that I couldn't get into my mailbox... fixed the same day.
- I emailed that my dishwasher didn't work.... replaced the next day.
All-in-all just a wonderful community and wonderful staff. I have urged many people who are looking for a home to look here first.

“Living here has been a pretty good experience. The location is super convenient there are stores and places to eat really close by, which I love. Maintenance is decent, and management usually responds fast whenever I need something.
The amenities are nice too: a gym, laundry rentals, a pool, parking, and even an extra garage option. The area is mostly quiet, but since my place is in a busier section, I do hear more car traffic sometimes.
My only complaint is that the stairways can get dusty because so many people go up and down, and you can hear some noise from neighbors passing by...
Other than that, it’s a good place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it.”

“After living here for 4 years, I sadly had to move out due to a relocation for work. I was devastated, as I absolutely loved living here.
East chase provided a beautiful environment with plenty of amenities such as, two pools, and a gym on the grounds, sometimes they even had food trucks.
Anytime I had a maintenance request, they were there within a day if not hours after submitting a request. They were thorough, and always professional. Really cannot say enough good things about this apartment complex.
If I could've stayed here longer, I would have. It was the perfect home for my pup and I, and I hold fond memories here.
My only complaint was sometimes the neighbors child was loud, often stomping up and down the stairs, slamming the door enough to shake my place, yelling with his friends, or bouncing a basketball next to my door, but it was never enough to complain. (I also hate confrontation!) The children also really need to be careful and more observant of cars. But, this isn't something that is the complex's fault, they sent many emails reminding residents of the rules. :)”
“Had a slight issue with my rent price increasing from the day I applied (paying application fees & administrative fees totaling $225) to the day I moved in. I was very unhappy about that and asked the property manager about it twice before actually moving forward with my lease. I thought that seemed very strange that they could not accommodate that initial price for me. I was urgently trying to move from a domestic situation. So I moved forward. I called and left 2 voicemails before actually getting a move in date from them. The lady who helped me was from out of town helping out, Mrs. Kathy Rodriguez. She was very helpful, very friendly and gave me a walk thru of my unit before I signed the lease and afterwards. She even gave me a little gift bag on move in day. So far I haven’t had any issues. Minor pest issue that was handled immediately. Minor thermostat issue that was handled immediately. My neighbors are quiet and very friendly when seen. My unit was fully remodeled with brand new appliances and cabinets. It is dog friendly around the complex. I have no complaints. I’m very pleased with my rental property.”
