Reserved a vehicle 5 months in advance and went to get it they didn't have ANYTHING. Double booked. What are reservations even for? You all are NOT professional at all. Absolutely absurd.

I saw the bad reviews and figured just unruly people. Nope. They’re all correct.
I made a reservation on a Saturday for a rental to start on Tuesday at 930am. I just received a voicemail at 7:15am saying “we don’t have any cars available, try the airport.”
Glad I made a back up reservation with enterprise…
