The two guys I spoke with on the phone were incredibly helpful, walking me through things to try/troubleshooting before coming out to look at the RV. I ended up being able to fix the issue myself with their guidance. I really appreciate this business and them taking the time to help me solve the problem. Any future issues I will be calling them. “We had a U-Haul rental at a different location, and the manager of the U-Haul at this location was dropping off a truck there. No one was there to rent us a truck, but the manager at the Berry Boulevard location was able to rent us one right away. We got our furniture moved and returned the vehicle the same day. I recommend this business highly.”

“This is a family-owned business look like they've been in the neighborhood for many years they have great service although they couldn't supply what I needed today but they did help me with information so they will do what they can do to help you whatever is within their power to do it's a good shot you should go by they have a lot of rental equipment there.”

“We rented a very nice 12 person van. We were able to book 1 day before a trip to Florida. Budget rental cars cancelled on us at the last minute saying we were 1 of 16 people they overbooked. Plenty of space for 8 people plus luggage. We will definitely use Sternberg for future trips.”

“After having a horrible experience with another truck rental company, I was in a crunch and needing a moving truck the same day. I should've called Sternberg FIRST! None of the big name truck rental company's had a truck available on such short notice, but Sternberg Truck Rental did! Not only did they have a truck the size we needed but they were also super friendly and extremely professional! Affordable too! I actually don't live very close to this truck rental but I will always go here from now on. I promise you, it's worth the drive! They know how to handle their customers and they truly provide excellent service. No other rental company can compare to how great they are.”
“Great Customer Service. I would not recommend Uhaul Morat Ave in Lyndon. General Manager failed to show up and open up for rental reservations. Had to travel further away for a rental in J-town. Inconvenience as ten men waited for over and hour for the Uhaul truck to arrive.”
“I won a few items at auction and could not make it to Louisville for pick up. The auction house dropped my items off and Fragile Pack called me quickly with a quote. I found it very reasonable, especially with the weight of my items. They kept me informed of the shipping date/tracking and my items were well packaged and undamaged. I will definitely consider using them in the future rather than driving up from BG.”

“After having an absolute terrible experience at Hertz, I was searching google to find where I could rent a 12 passenger van with a very short notice. I went to U-Save car & truck rental & the man working was the owner. He saw that I had been having a terrible (even tearful) morning & he went above & beyond helping me out! I pulled in crying and stressing about not having a van for the bachelorette party I was throwing just a few hours later & pulled out in a 15 passenger van at a very reasonable price!I will always be grateful for this company, we had a great time & us all getting to ride together in the van made it so much more fun!Thank you!!!”

“The gentleman working was amazing. He was professional and kind. When we discovered a light issue with the trailer that I was to receive, he quickly found a alternative method to handle the situation and got me out on the road for no real additional cost. The trailer had a dirt inside which made my couch I was moving get a little messy. No big deal though cause it was a last minute change and I didn't mention it to him during the inspection. I am sure he would have switched me again if I had. Amazing experience. Pricing not expensive in my opinion.”
“These guys are great. Been having electrical issues that Rush Truck couldn’t figure out. Rush had my truck for about 6 weeks total. Brought it into Ascendance where they got me in the next day. It was fixed in a week but would have been done sooner had insurance done their part. Kudos to Mike Episcopo the Service Advisor. Excellent communication. He kept me updated without making it like I was putting him out. Also, very knowledgeable. This will be my go to shop in the future.”
