poor service. after my call wasnt answered for 5min, they put me on hold without a greeting, and when i still didn't hang up they transferred me to customer service. not sure why they don't have enough people trained on answering the phone...

Terrible customer service. The young man I spoke to on the phone today had an extremely bad attitude and was not helpful at all.
