“I have rented from numerous Uhaul providers and seem to always run into issues like the wrong equipment provided, no supplies offered, poor customer service, and trucks in disrepair. This provider was none of those things. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The gentleman I originally rented from went far above and beyond. “Rented a uhaul from there on Saturday. The guy in charge was very friendly and helpful. He was very thorough when inspecting the truck with us as well. My husband and I dropped the truck off after hours Sunday night and I accidentally locked the keys in the truck. I called Monday morning to let him know and he said he was already taking care of it and was extremely nice about it. Being nearly 9 months pregnant I was really worried about having to paying a couple hundred dollars to call pop-a-lock, but I didn't have to do that. I will definitely rent from him again!”
“If you’re taking the Family on a vacation you should consider budgeting for a van rental. It was one of our best experiences. The van was clean ran well, and could not have been more pleased. The staff at Shelbyville Rd., went out of their way to make it happen for us I cannot say enough positive things about this experience, and next year will plan to do the same.”

“Davie was friendly. We had a few issues with our reservation but we worked them out. We had reserved the truck for 24 hours because we didn't know how long it was going to take us. Upon returning the truck we were charged $20 gas charge. Yes, the owner told us to return on a 1/2 tank however, it wasn't a 1/2 tank when we got it. It was under the line. When we put gas in the truck, it was back at the line, if not a little more.Throughout my years of reserving trucks, I've NEVER, that I can recall been charged for the gas. I always put it back were it was to avoid that fee. So we had put $15 in the tank and was charged another $20 on top of that.Also I've never had the owner return a truck for me. I always handle that when I return it but I did not get the chance to do that. I am thankful that I took pictures before to have a documentation.Other than that, we had a good experience at this location.”

“Service was impeccable. Got to it asap and then even helped me out with mounting bolts for my ELD. Something the company should of taken care of, but Penske came through and didn't even charge me for the bolts. Way to go Penske. The employee's are extremely professional and well presented.KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.”

“Ahh! To rent or not to rent is the question from Ryder truck rental.Let me tell you somethin', with people like Amanda in there service department. You just cannot go wrong. Ryder is so good that a work associate just purchased a truck from them because they take such good care of their equipment. Ifn I had the words in my vocabulary to describe how I feel about Ryder it would read like a novel. One of those novels that you just cannot put down, like Great Expectations. “After having a horrible experience with another truck rental company, I was in a crunch and needing a moving truck the same day. I should've called Sternberg FIRST! None of the big name truck rental company's had a truck available on such short notice, but Sternberg Truck Rental did! Not only did they have a truck the size we needed but they were also super friendly and extremely professional! Affordable too! I actually don't live very close to this truck rental but I will always go here from now on. I promise you, it's worth the drive! They know how to handle their customers and they truly provide excellent service. No other rental company can compare to how great they are.”

I worked directly with Scott, the owner, and he was nothing but helpful and courteous through the entire shipping process. He received the items from the auction late in the day, and called me as soon as they arrived, and worked with me to get the items out same-day! The items arrived very well packed the next day.I had only a great experience with Fragile Pack and would definitely disregard the negative reviews here. Scott informed me these are likely meant for a different company.”

“After having an absolute terrible experience at Hertz, I was searching google to find where I could rent a 12 passenger van with a very short notice. I went to U-Save car & truck rental & the man working was the owner. He saw that I had been having a terrible (even tearful) morning & he went above & beyond helping me out! I pulled in crying and stressing about not having a van for the bachelorette party I was throwing just a few hours later & pulled out in a 15 passenger van at a very reasonable price!I will always be grateful for this company, we had a great time & us all getting to ride together in the van made it so much more fun!Thank you!!!”

“Very convenient. Clean storage. My only concern was the billing fee being increased through out my duration of a year. No explanation was ever sent as to why. Other than that, I had no unnecessary issues here and easily transitioned between homes.”
