Thorntons, located at 12412 La Grange Rd., Louisville, is a friendly and clean convenience store chain offering fresh foods, high-quality beverages, and fuel across six states. Customers appreciate the well-organized store, clean bathrooms, and the best gas prices in the area. The staff is generally friendly, with some standout team members, like the cashier who interacts well with kids. The store is conveniently located near the expressway, making it a great stop for snacks and fuel, especially during late hours when other places may be closed. However, there have been some concerns regarding a new evening employee who lacks communication with customers and displays unprofessional behavior. Despite this, Thorntons remains committed to serving its community and providing a welcoming atmosphere for all.
Great place except when a certain cashier works who thinks he is a comedian. Same dinger everyday and even when I repeat the punchline he says the same thing the next day as if he never said it. IYKYK. 👍🏻😜
