I went to a big branded service center for a simple engine oil replacement, but they forgot to properly reattach the engine shield, causing a loud squeaking sound when I made turns. When I returned to them, they demanded $700 to fix it. Instead, I went to Harper's Chevron Service center, where they resolved the issue for only $20”

Me and my wife stopped in late night because we were staying at a hotel a block away, and she had a sweet tooth that she wasn't fixing to let go of. Stocked full of anything you're looking for and the guy behind the counter was smooth and easy going so it was a pleasant transaction. Would stop here again.”

“I have to say... I enter a lot of Speedway gas stations, all over Kentucky. But on this occasion and this location...the one right between the Hyundai and Toyota dealerships in St. Matthews, I was fortunate enough to meet, RAND.A large Burly man in his mid to late 40's with a tathered red & black flannel shirt, well worked industrial blue jeans, boots and an old bent up blue trucker hat that brought color to his salt n pepper beard. If Paul Bunyan had a twin, Rand would be him.I walked in, and was thrown off by the greeting ."Evenin." He stared at me while chugging half of his super big gulp in one sip."Hey.." I responded.."these dogs have seen their last days, huh?" I asked, referring To the hot dogs rotating on the hot rollers.Rand perked up like a puppy that just heard an unfamiliar sound."Those dogs are about to go out to the trash... " he said with grief. "I just hate to see a perfectly good dog go down like that".I stared at the wrinkly old set of dogs..and looked up at Rand with a hmph.."I'll buy em all.. "Thank you, Rand.. for being such a big lug. . You made my night. Much gratitude,-Lawrence Donini”

“Easy to access and to exit. Can't recall ever having to wait for a pump. Since grocery prices are through the roof, Kroger points add up quickly, making gas prices still way too high, but a few cents less. Pumps are always working and print receipts. Place is clean and well lit after dark, giving me a safer vibe.”

“Shell gas station located on the corner of east manslick and Smyrna parkway just off the gene Snyder expressway on and off ramp in Lousiville Kentucky. For several years this area was a ran down Valero that had outdated s machines that barely worked of worked at all. The inside wasn't well maintained. So It was nice to see she'll take over and appear to give this place a face lift. They now have newer machines that make card transactions easy and seem-less and the inside got a minor face lift too Pricing for gas is what it is. In the Lousiville market certain sections always have either r the exact same price for a cent or two cheaper. It's just a matter of preference to the customer. For me I visit places that's on my daily route. This former Valero now turned shell is very much on my routine route but I avoided it in the past because it was a hassle and seems like the machines either had no visual (which makes it hard to see your purchase) or pumped super slow. So now that shell has taken over and appears to be taken better care so far I'll stop here more often.”
