Just went there yesterday to switch my internet service (down from $120 to $50!! I didn’t realize how much altafiber had jacked up their prices), and they were so quick and friendly, it was perfect! Literally took about a minute to pick up my new modem and router. Great experience!

A guy came and helped set up our wifi I was very grateful however he tracked mud inside our apartment pretty bad we just moved in and already got mud stains was a little disappointed but the gentleman was super helpful and nice aside from that🥲

jake, my man, if you’re reading this - you rock. saved our lives big time today with a modem swap. i don’t know who spectrum’s CEO is, i assume a guy named john spectrum, but he should personally give jake a bonus.
