“Have been dealing with Verizon for a few years now, first on a family plan then an Individual plan (I went from being under my parents to not, this isn’t a divorce story). To say the least, Verizon has made me feel like a rag doll, sliding in fees & charges anywhere they can. This last month they posted a $40 charge for loyalty?? Absolutely fed up I decided to try my luck with spectrum, I already have internet through them, having some PTSD from Verizon I was nervous but Torrie made it quick and painless, thanks girl <3 I now have internet and mobile through spectrum for a fantastic price and lovely service. “Stopped in today in capacity of a rideshare driver just trying to help an elderly rider that got a new phone from somewhere but didnt know she needed a new charging block. Got incredible Good Samaritan help from a AT&T member today for this rider. Together we really made a positive impact on her day/week. It was a small simple gesture to most but monumental for her. Thank you for your help today Sir! You know who you are... plus in my excitement to help I didnt catch your name! But thank you for your kindness! Highly recommend this location for your cellular needs! They also have atleast 1 great human! And I'm sure they have others.”
