“We want to commend the service we received from Calista Harvey on 8/3/23. We came into the store after having a very unsuccessful and irritating call to the Alta Fiber Customer Service. Calista welcomed us warmly, and immediately tried to understand our issue with our landline. Apparently, when certain callers try to call the landline there is no ring heard on their end. After attempts to try to solve our problem, she became aware of our “Reveal 8” involvement with our copper wiring. We all came to a conclusion that satisfied us. She is an employee to be proud of!!”

Parking lot always has spaces. Heavily populated African America area yet you will see this location is in a thriving strip mall with plenty options and food, please people of all backgrounds come here, there is nothing to fear regardless of rumors of the neighborhood. This location has lots of customers and the employees are diversed nationalities and fluent in other languages. You may see people standing around for the store is small inside, very small, fear not and wait in your car, the patrons are nice people just say I'm waiting in my car, I'm behind that or this person, in most cases they will respect that you are next, but no one will wait for you concerning customers patrons so do your best to get back in line to enter store or come back on another day. ?”

“If you wear or have a friend or family member who wears hearing aids, please read this post. I just bought a new T-Mobile phone and was unsuccessful at getting the unit to pair up with my Bluetooth Phonak hearing aids.I stopped in at the T-Mobile in White Oak @ Cheviot and North Bend Roads for assistance in there. My dtr and I went in to take advantage of the holiday offers that were being advertised. I was interexted in a smaart watch due to medical conditions that i have. Our rep, Hanz, greeted us professionally as we arrived. To say the least, he went above and beyond explaining options not only a watch appropriate for my needs but also finding one that would fit the holiday promotions. He was very patient, even calling in to the customer service dept for us to make sure that my family of 5 cell phones xharges were at the most beneficial financially. We did spend some time at the store to achieve our goals, but it was absolutely well worth it. Hanz took his time, patient and kind the entire time making sure that our needs were met.
