“Have been dealing with Verizon for a few years now, first on a family plan then an Individual plan (I went from being under my parents to not, this isn’t a divorce story). To say the least, Verizon has made me feel like a rag doll, sliding in fees & charges anywhere they can. This last month they posted a $40 charge for loyalty?? Absolutely fed up I decided to try my luck with spectrum, I already have internet through them, having some PTSD from Verizon I was nervous but Torrie made it quick and painless, thanks girl <3 I now have internet and mobile through spectrum for a fantastic price and lovely service. Thanks!”

“Cut the Spectrum cord, started with altafiber internet and it couldn't have been easier. Stopped in their tech-bar store by Kenwood Mall and got a self install kit, downloaded the eero app, followed a few prompts and like that am up and running. Service was friendly enough and zero in-store wait time.”

“I recently purchased a new pixel 10a phone and needed a case and screen protector. I called Amber B. and she said she had one at her store. I drove to the store and was greeted by Amber and she had my case, protector and charger brick waiting for me. Her associate, Taylor Havlin took over from there. Taylor got my merchandise and installed the screen protector and case. I also got a 25% discount! This shows how important physical stores are. I was able to get what I needed that day and have it installed by a professional all because there was a physical store that I could go to, not on line.
Both Amber B and Taylor Havlin were professional and really knew their business. T-Mobile is lucky to have them as employees and I am lucky that there is a physical store for me to go to.”

“Paige is a master at her craft and helped me with my old phone and new one. Paige knows everything about any phone. When I thought I was going to lose all of my pictures and basically everything…she came to my rescue! She’s respectful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, funny and always a smile. I highly recommend going to see this young lady for any troubles you have with any device!

As our family of three switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, she worked hard to resolve several tricky technical issues and actively looked for additional solutions or promotions that could benefit us. I was particularly impressed by her proactive and attentive approach; rather than waiting for us to ask questions, she took the initiative to guide us and carefully explained each step of the process. I hope the store treats this employee in a manner that reflects her excellent service.”
“My husband and I visited the Clifton location a few days ago and got nothing but the best care we had to go back and forth on the phone for at least a hour with out old cell company and Anthony and his manager was nothing but patient and understanding we switched with no issues and definitely will be dealing with just them from now on. “After the initial online setup I went into the store and I'll tell you I've been with a few carriers and the people at this particular location (Kenwood Ohio) where the most helpful and polite.
And although they were stressed because of the closure due to the weather,they really went above and beyond! I really really really really really really recommend this location and the people there . By the way I'm an old guy and most of the customers there were old so it was funny to see everybody being taken care of.in a helpful manner.”
“I have to say I was dreading this visit as my phone was almost ten years old. But, it so easy. It was a fantastic experience. From the time when we walked in the door when Mr. Damian greeted us and started taking care of us, and Mr. Steve, the store manager working and putting together the packages that best suited us. For those that are a little bit older like myself and hesitate for the electronics upgrades, cause of all the aggravation, I would recommend this store highly, very professional, very courteous, fantastic experience.”
“At least once a year, we lose service for several days because Altrafiber will not bury the optic line deep enough to avoid being sliced/damaged. We have to wait several days to get Internet back on, and then several months before somebody buries the line an inch and a half deep into the soil. The tech that restored service on April 14, 2025 was excellent, very accommodating, so that added another star.”
