He was nice, patient, and very helpful. He helped me print an address to send, tape my package, and asked clarifying questions that made me feel secure. The building smelt nice, it was clean.

“super nice & helpful staff! I came in after their walk-ins for passports ended thinking I had an appointment but unfortunately I did not. Despite this, the staff wasted no time allowing me to fill out an application and getting my application completed snd my picture taken very quickly! Wendy & Chapel were especially helpful, being very caring, polite, and helpful in answering any questions I had. I recommend this location to anyone needing passport services (but make an appointment if you can)”

“I've had a LOT of experiences at this post office over the past 12 yrs & it's always been a helpful & pleasant experience. I've purchased stamps, mailed pre-boxed items, bought packaging, got passport pics & completed passport forms for the kids, & have a PO box there. I'm never agitated when the line is long - the employees are efficient so I know my turn will come soon. People in line in front of me have had some weird issues & questions and the employees have always been respectful & helped solve the issue. Highly recommend!!”

“So I tend to panic (my nickname at work is Stressica) but Erich was really helpful when I did NOT have all my ducks in a row. He still helped me when I was late due to going to the wrong post office for my appointment, made sure I got the right passport for flying, kept patient with me while my card continued declining, let me come back in once I figured THAT part out... I didn't deserve the patience he provided but I was thankful. AND his co-worker (I didn't catch her name) was super patient, too. All my chaos made a long line but they were so professional.
